How to Use a Chi Ball The Chi Ball is one of the simplest and most effective ways of sending healing energy and attunements. It is simple because you are directing the energy that forms the Chi Ball; your intent creates the color, the size, and everything that goes into it. While accessing your energy, you can send the Chi Ball to a person(s) anywhere and anytime. Why use a Chi Ball? Because it is sending pure energy. Once it is in the Chi Ball, it is cleansed and purified and made perfect. Chi energy is perfect energy. When you create the Chi Ball, it safely protects you as well as the recipient from all negative forces in the sending and receiving of it. Once the energy is in the Chi Ball, you are disconnected from it, and the Chi Ball stands on its own completely energized and ready to be sent. It s a perfect tool for any healing modality in giving attunements and conducting healing sessions. To make the Chi Ball, we need to prepare by centering ourselves. Centering is a simple way to generate energy without draining yourself. It is creating a power point in your own being that you can always rely on to energize yourself and help you eventually form the Chi Ball without stress or strain. Centering is the central power of martial arts. It develops Chi, the life force itself. First and foremost, shield yourself with a Ball of White Light to protect you and the energy you are about to build for yourself. Sit in a chair with your feet on the floor. Look at your hands palms up. See them, the lines that create the skin, the fingers, and the palms. Now take your hands and place them at just chest level, comfortable for you to work easily with during this exercise. 1. Take your hands with your palms facing each other. Hold them close to each other and feel the energy, the heat as it builds. 2. Now slowly bring your hands apart to about 4 inches from one another and allow the energy to travel with the motion. The energy is warm, and you can feel it build between your two palms. 3. Mold that energy with your hands to form a ball round and complete. With your hands in this position, take a breath through your nose and breath with your diaphragm deep and strong. 4. Carry the breath to your solar plexus and draw it deep. 5. Now exhale through your mouth, quietly; and evenly. Take two more breaths. 6. On the fourth breath, you will now direct the exhalation to the palms and blow your breath into the space between your hands. You are giving the space/ball between your hands your Light Energy. Feel the energy go to the space between
your hands. Feel a heartbeat in the space between your hands, and take a moment and feel that energy build with gentle power. 7. Allow your hands to form a ball around the energy you have created. 8. Direct your hands down to your Solar Plexus. Gently push this ball of energy into your Solar Plexus. Feel the ball move within you and feel the ball beat gently within you. 9. Take a deep breath and direct the ball s energy to flow all through your body from head to foot. Feel the energy flow through you. Now you are centered and ready to create the Chi Ball. This energy is the basis for your ability to center. Centering is two fold. One is for energy sending and the other is to provide you with power. In this day and age, stress and anxiety is everywhere. If you remain centered, you remain calm. All you need to do to activate this centering energy is to touch your Solar Plexus. Give it a try and see how that feels. You should feel a gentle surge of energy move through you that will go to that place of anxiety and gently create calm you. It is a place of power that you can move anywhere through your body to heal and calm anxiety or pain. This energy is permanent. It will never leave you, and will serve you anytime you need it. Now let s look at healing and attunement energy with the Chi Ball. To make the Chi Ball for Attunements: 1. Surround yourself with a ball of White Light. Call in your guides, healing guides and angels to be there with you. 2. Gently touch your Solar Plexus to give it the signal that you are activating the centering energy. 3. With your palms facing each other, form a ball of energy. Mold it with your hands to any size you wish. 4. Next, give it color. For instance, if you wish to have gold Chi Ball with a white stripe around the middle; speak to the Chi Ball and intend the Ball to be gold and have a white stripe around the middle. 5. Then take that deep breath through your nose and blow the breath out the mouth into the ball you have just formed with your hands. 6. To fill it with energy, open the ball with your dominant hand, and intend exactly what you wish to go into the ball - the person s name, the amount of time it is to be used; and any other pertinent information needed for the intention of the
attunement or healing session. Take a deep breath and blow that energy into the ball. 7. Now close the ball with your dominant hand, and take a deep breath and intend for the ball with your breath to go to the recipient of the Chi Ball. 8. Take another breath and blow the Chi Ball to the person you are sending it to, while blessing and sending it on its way. Be sure to indicate to the client exactly what to expect and how long the Chi Balls will be available to use. After you have sent the Chi Ball, take a cleansing breath and thank your guides and angels for their assistance and support. To pick up an attunement from a Chi Ball: 1. Shield yourself with a ball of White Light, call in your healing/attunement guides, angels, then call in the Chi Ball by intent: I now call in the Chi Ball that carries the (healing energy attunement) from. I accept this Chi Ball now with Love, Light, peace and gratitude. 2. Visualize the ball directly in front of you. Open it with your dominant hand and draw the attunement out of the Chi Ball. It will pour out of the Chi Ball and begin to attune/bring energy of healing to you. 3. After the attunement, thank your guides/angels for their help, close the Chi Ball and if it is there for specific periods of time to use, indicate that you will use it later. It will stay where you put it until the next session. 4. If you are through with the energy within it, take a breath and send the Chi Ball into the Light to be used to heal, bring peace and help the world in times of need. Reciprocity is the key to the power of healing and sending energy. By sharing with intent, you are giving and receiving these energies. Using Chi Balls for Cleansing/Clearing: 1. Form the Chi Ball, and then intend the Chi Ball to be a washing machine for the energy you desire to be cleansed. You may place any energy sent to you into the Chi Ball Cleanser, and remove any negative energy from it. 2. After the cleansing takes place usually only a minute at the most, open the Chi ball and then intent that energy to you.
To make the Chi Ball for Healing: Chi Balls can be sent in the same way as you give attunements, just intend the healing energy to be used for the name of the person, the location, and any current information/ illness to be treated. By using a very simple method, you are activating energy of great power inside of you and connecting with the Universal Source of this power. You can use the power now to help you maintain good physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, and create peace and serenity in your life. You have also given yourself an extremely useful tool to send energy and attunements without absorbing any negative energy in the process. You provide yourself with proper shielding while maintaining compassionate use of Chi Ball energy, and providing powerful attunements and healing to those you serve in your practice. Reiki Chakra Healing Balls For Reiki practitioners, here s a healing method using the Chi Ball method for balancing chakras that I picked up from a former teacher, Master Martin Lee. You can do it either before or after a Reiki session, whether in-person or remotely: 1. Rub your hands together to start the energy flow. 2. With your palms facing each other, start to feel the Reiki energy building up between your hands. Start moving your hands as if you were forming a spherical ball of energy. 3. When you feel the ball has all the necessary Reiki charge, place this ball of energy into the client s Root chakra. Sense the placement and see in your mind s eye the glowing color of the chakra. 4. Then channel Reiki into that chakra for about a minute. 5. Move onto the next chakra and repeat the balancing process (steps 1-4) until you have balanced all of chakras finishing with the Crown chakra.
