Masroor Ahmad Khan Masroor Ahmad Khan is the Chairman/Director of Ghani Gases Limited. After Bachelor during 1985, he joined family business and took the responsibility of salt mining, coal mining and silica sand mining projects of Ghani Group. During 1992 when Ghani Group decided to launch first glass plant, Mr. Masroor joined this project as General Manager. He played a vital role for successful commissioning of this project. He remained General Manager of this project till January 2005. During this period he developed and introduced the state of the art high tech machinery, new technologies for production of quality products, introduced quality standards and replaced one by one all existing glass forming machinery with latest machinery, introduced new ideas in packaging, testing equipments and hassle free in time delivery system. Under the leadership of Mr. Masroor, Ghani Glass developed R&D department which introduced 8-section machines for the first time in the country, paving the way for other glass manufacturers to adopt the same technology. To step forward for adoption of latest available technology in the world, Mr. Masroor has also the distinguished to introduce 10-section double gob bottle making machines, contamination free packing area and tandem machines first time in the history of Pakistan. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Masroor the Ghani Glass -I plant become a state of the art glass plant by enhancing its production capacity from 8,590 tons (during 1996) to 63,765 tons up till 2004. Due to best possible production efficiency, superior quality amber glass production and cost saving measures adopted at plant level, Ghani Glass continuously showed tremendous results. After the death of his father (one of the founder member of Ghani Group) during January 2005, Mr. Masroor took the responsibilities of director finance of Ghani Glass Limited. Mr. Masroor traveled abroad for selection of machinery and to get himself update for latest technology and development in glass and gases industries. He participated in so many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars on different topics. Masroor Ahmad Khan is certified director in pursuance to code of corporate governance. During October 2007, Mr. Masroor along with his brothers formed Ghani Global Group and setup a state of the art industrial and medical gases manufacturing project near Lahore in the name of Ghani Gases Limited. He remained the Chairman of Ghani Gases Limited up till February 2014.

Atique Ahmad Khan Mr. Atique Ahmad Khan is the Chief Executive Officer of Ghani Gases Limited since incorporation of the Company during 2007. He is qualified mechanical and electrical engineer. About 25 years back Mr. Atique joined Ghani Textile Limited (a family business company) as General Manager and took the responsibility of production and marketing. Thereafter the company changed its name to Ghani Automobile Industries Limited and entered into business for assembly and sale of motorcycles and rakshaws in the brand name of Ghani. During 1999, when Ghani Group acquired the closed plant of Prince Glass, Mr. Attique joined this project as Chief Operating Officer. He accepted the challenge to start a closed glass plant and marketing its product. He changed the entire designing of furnaces, introduced new systems, high tech quality control equipments, build quality control and chemical laboratories and introduced inhouse computerized mould designing and development workshop. He changed the entire plant structure for production of food and beverage industry which was initially designed for pharmaceutical bottles. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Atique, this project got its products approved from all multinational and national pharmaceutical and food & beverages companies meeting their quality standards. Thereafter during January 2004 Mr. Atique was given the responsibility of Director Technical. He introduced certain cost saving ideas in production and packaging of glass containers and setup own power generation system to minimize the production losses. Mr. Atique managed to make Ghani Glass -II plant the largest and state of the art glass plant with full swing production facilities of hollow and Flat glass by enhancing the production capacity from 34,400 tons to 67,600 tons. During January 2000 Mr. Attique become the member of Board of Directors of Ghani Glass Limited and held this office till July 2007. During this tenure he played a vital role in all important decisions. He introduced new concepts to make Ghani Glass a symbol of success and to maintain the leadership status in glass industry. Under his leadership, the Karachi unit of the company was delivering the best efficiency among the glass plants of South Asian Countries. During October 2007, Mr. Atique along with his brothers formed Ghani Global Group and setup a state of the art industrial and medical gases manufacturing project near Lahore in the name of Ghani Gases Limited. Despite overall adverse factors during last few years this newly born company has been showing impressive performance under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Atique. To step forward Ghani Gases has setg up another industrial and medical gases project in Eastern Industrial Zone of Port Qasim. Mr. Atique traveled frequently to Europe, America, Canada, China and gulf countries for selection of machinery, to get himself update for latest development in industry and gained lot of technical, production and marketing experience. Mr. Atique has seasonal personality and participated in so many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars. He has excellent entrepreneurial skills and management qualities.

Hafiz Farooq Ahmad Hafiz Farooq Ahmad is the Managing Director of Ghani Gases Limited. He has an exceptional academic career and did his Bachelor in Engineering from University of Illinois Chicago USA during 1996. He worked for a period of six years with the Applied Materials America which is the biggest semi conductor's capital manufacturing company of the world. Mr. Farooq has a patent in his name with government of USA for manufacturing of CBD cobalt Chips. He also holds a patent of cobalt deposition in US department of justice from Applied Material. During 2003 he returned Pakistan when Ghani Group decided to setup the first coated, reflective float glass plant inpakistan, equipped with the latest available state of the art technology. He joined director of then Ghani Float Glass Limited. He was the main person involved in the commissioning of 1st Float Glass Plant in Pakistan. He managed to commission the plant during 2005 and bring into the production in a very short time. Thereafter during 2006 this company merged into Ghani Glass Limited and nomenclature as GGL-III. Thereafter Mr. Farooq was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of GGL-III. Mr. Farooq managed to introduce superior quality clear, green and brown float glass colors from 2mm to 12mm range which were very much appreciated in glass market. Under his leadership and excellent entrepreneurial skills and management qualities float glass project attained best possible production efficiency and produce superior quality product mix in shortest possible period. In the result Ghani Glass Ltd. showed continuous growth and earn millions as foreign exchange for exporting this unconventional item. At Ghani Glass Mr. Farooq also gained handsome experience and technical knowledge for production of Hydrogen and Nitrogen gases. In addition to overall plant operations technical team consisting Pakistani, UK, Chinese and Indian experts worked under his supervision. Mr. Farooq traveled frequently to Europe, America, Canada, China and gulf countries for selection of machinery, to get himself update for latest development in industry and gained lot of technical, production and marketing experience. He participated in so many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars. AYESHA MASROOR Mrs. Ayesha Masroor is the Director of Ghani Gases Limited since incorporation of the company during November 2007. She is member of the HR&R Committee of the Company. Mrs. Ayesha Masroor also hold directorship of following private companies of the group. Ghani Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. Ghani Products (Pvt) Ltd. Air Ghani (Pvt) Ltd. Ghani Global Foods (Pvt) Ltd.

RABIA ATIQUE Mrs. Rabia Atique is the Director of Ghani Gases Limited since incorporation of the company during November 2007. She is member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Mrs. Rabia Atique also hold directorship of other following listed and private companies of the group. Ghani Global Glass Ltd. Ghani Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. Ghani Products (Pvt) Ltd. SAIRA FAROOQ Mrs. Saira Farooq is the Director of Ghani Gases Limited since incorporation of the company during November 2007. She is member of the Audit and HR&R Committee of the Company Mrs. Saira also hold directorship of other following listed and private companies of the group. Tahir Bashir Khan Tahir Bashir Khan has filed his intension to elect as Director of Ghani Gases Limited. After Bachelor of Commerce during 1986 from University of Punjab he did his Master of Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab during 1988. During the same year, he passed CSS examination with high marks but did not join Government service and preferred to establish his carrier in own business. Mr. Tahir Bashir is seasoned personality and have been in business of textile and textile fabric in Pakistan and abroad.

FARZAND ALI Mr. Farzand Ali is a Chartered Accountant (finalist) and a qualified Chartered Secretary. He is also a fellow member of Institute of Taxation Management. Before his bachelor s in commerce he was awarded a gold medal by Sind Board of Technical Education. Mr. Farzand has more than three decades of experience in finance, accounts, corporate and administration. After completion of articles from Hashmi & Co., Chartered Accountants, Karachi in 1986, he joined Adamjee Insurance Company Limited. Thereafter, during 1989 he joined Ghandhara Nissan Diesel Limited, a listed automobile company based in Karachi. In June, 1992, Mr. Farzand joined Ghani Group as a Finance Manager. He remained chief accountant of Ghani Glass Limited and other companies of Ghani Group from 1992 to June, 2002. In 1998 he was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager Finance. During 2002 he was transferred as head of corporate division of Ghani Group where he remained in this position as well as Company Secretary of the Group Companies till February, 2008. Thereafter he shifted to Ghani Global Group as General Manager Corporate. Mr. Farzand plays a vital role in all important decisions of the group. He developed a sophisticated and workable corporate structure at Ghani Group. Mr. Farzand also implemented various systems including quality system in the group companies successfully. He has attended numerous seminars, workshops and short courses on different subjects. Mr. Farzand Ali is certified director under the code of corporate governance. He is also hold directorship in Ghani Global Glass Limited an associated company.
