The Invitation Audio Welcome to this Tomi Llama audio recording of The Invitation. I am Dr. Tomi Bryan, also known as the Tomi Llama. This recording accompanies the book I wrote entitled What s Your Superpower. Finding your superpower requires knowing yourself through the superpower model, growing yourself through the lean in process and clearing yourself through the practice of The Invitation. If you haven t read the book yet, here is a brief introduction of The Invitation: There are 3 primary reasons people get stuck in their lives. That stuckness creates repeating patterns you know, when we do the same things over and over yet expect different results from that same behavior. We get stuck because of our karmic scrap heap of intellectual, emotional, and energetic limitations. The Invitation is partly a clearing process designed to help us move past the energetic limitations of our karmic scrap heap. Specifically, it addresses the unseen, energetic limitations that arise from first, unresolved childhood wounds and traumas; second, invisible family and ancestral energies like stories, loyalties and entanglements; and third, soul choices from past lives. Each of these energetic limitations is explained in detail in What s Your Superpower. There are many fabulous things out there with your name on it but they can t find you. They amazing things and people - can t find you because of the size of that karmic scrap heap. And they can t find you because they aren t invited into your life. That is why it is equally important that clearing processes not only clear but also invite. The Invitation invites you to step past your energetic limitations and invite the field of infinite possibilities to deliver some spectacular things to you that have your name on them. We invite in more, bigger and better by opening up to what I call the Spiritual Six-pack of Patience, Acceptance, Undefending, Compassion, Abundance and Good Health. For those of you not familiar with the term undefend it means to set down all the defenses we ve built up over the years it s about not feeling the need to impose your view or personality on the moment. The practice of The Invitation has four steps: Step one: A quick spike in vibration. On this audio, I use three strikes of a Himalayan singing bowl to do that.
Step two: Inviting Statements. In this step, specifically designed statements are used to invite your energetic scrap heap to convert to wisdom by accepting the scrap heap, thanking the scrap heap and then transcending and transmuting the scrap heap. This same statement design is also used to invite the clearing of blocks to the Spiritual Six-pack. Step three: Inviting Questions. This step is designed to place you directly in the field of infinite possibilities by asking a question and allowing the Universe to respond. Step four: Healing sound. Himalayan singing bowls are used to facilitate the healing of energetic limitations and for opening the doorway to the field of infinite possibilities. This practice is brought to life in this audio recording over the remaining three tracks of inviting statements, inviting questions and sound clearing using Himalayan singing bowls. Throughout the inviting statements and inviting questions, you will notice that I use the words transcend and transmute instead of something like release and let go. Energetically, once something is in your personal energy field, it cannot be dismissed. We can, however, shift it so that we hold it in a powerful way. Transcend and transmute are words that acknowledge that ability to change the impact of that energetic scrap heap on us. It is for this reason, too, that I use the word de-story instead of destroy. We can t destroy something once it is in the system. We can, again, however, take the story out of the limitation. For more detail on each of these topics, I invite you to read the book. The statements and questions used in this audio session are available for download in a pdf from the tomi llama website so that you can say the statements and questions along with me or read along silently. Your safety and wellbeing are important to me so please don t drive, listen and read. Also, these statements and questions are intended to bring to the surface energetic wounds buried in your conscience. This is not a game. If you start feeling overwhelmingly sad, depressed, suicidal or homicidal, please stop the recording immediately and seek professional help. This recording is not intended as a substitute for the care a health professional can provide. If you have not had opportunity to listen to Himalayan singing bowls before, I recommend you experiment with listening to them for 5 minutes the first time you play the audio session with the
Himalayan bowls. When I first experienced the bowls, they made me sleepy. So make sure you are in a place where it is safe to relax or fall asleep the first time you listen. If you are fine after the first 5 minutes, by all means, keep listening. If you are tired after the first 5 minutes, I recommend stopping. Then, slowly increase the length you listen to the bowls each time you play the recording. Once you are comfortable listening to the bowls at home, then feel free to play them in your car or at work. The statements and questions provided here are the ones I designed to clear energetic wounds from my karmic scrap heap and to invite more of the good things into my life. These are not the only statements and questions in the world. Feel free to change them however you need to in order for The Invitation to work for you. May the following three tracks be beneficial to you in every area of your life.
