Time seems to go by so quickly. During the month of May there are many celebrations that occur at Sacred Heart School. Thank you for your continuous support in believing in our mission at Sacred Heart School. I would like to share with you about the celebrations that are occurring during May this school year. We are wrapping up a very successful school year. What a gift from God! Thank you to our families that have entrusted us to work with them to educate our children. Also think about all of our children that are learning and living out our Catholic faith. Our school parents believe in our mission and trust our staff with their loved ones. Thank you to our parishioners who also believe and support our mission. Without your continuous support we would not be able to support our vibrant school. I cannot tell you how many times items are donated or things are taken care of without asking. I would also like to say thanks for all of your supports. Many times throughout the year I have received phone calls and donations from individuals who have attend Mass at our parish and hear about our school. They also believe and support our mission at Sacred Heart School. One of our missions is raising children in our Catholic faith. This month is Confirmation. The celebration will take place on May 24 th @ 6:30pm at St. Joe s, Crestline. Seven of our current 8 th graders will receive the Holy Spirit while becoming fully initiated to the Catholic Church. May is also graduation season. We are celebrating on Monday, May 22 nd @ 6pm our Preschool and Kindergarten graduation. You are welcome to attend this event. We will also be celebrating our 8 th grade graduation on Sunday, May 21 st @ 8:30 mass. Our eighth graders will participate in the ministries throughout the mass. Immediately following mass we will be passing out diplomas and recognizing our students for their ministry to our church. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. As a parish family we will be having a graduation mass on Sunday, May 28 th. All graduates from 8 th, high school and college are encouraged celebrate this mass. You will have reserved pews. You will also receive a graduation blessing during mass. Thank you for continuing to believe and support in our mission at Sacred Heart School! It takes all of us working together to build God s kingdom on earth. Our children benefit from the fruit of our labor. They thank you for your generosity. In Christ, Lisa Myers, Principal
