A WORTHY BRIDE TITHING: Part Three Giving is a proof of our love to God. 2 Cor.8:7-8 Therefore, as ye abound in everything, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also (giving). I speak not by commandment but by occasion of the forwardness of others, and to prove the sincerity of your love. A complete Christian, or a complete Christian church must be able to excel in giving. Paul was going to measure the Corinthians giving compared to the Macedonian Christians for they gave out of their poverty. They were giving to help the Jerusalem church. 2 Cor.8:24 Wherefore shew ye to them, and before the churches, the proof of your love, and of our boasting on your behalf. Show these men the proof of your love and the reason for our pride in you. This giving is not the giving that is done in secret. Page 1 of 18

This is how we know what love is, Jesus laid down His life for us. We ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. Material possessions help them with what we have. If they are in need and we are in a position to do it. Let us not love with words or tongues but with actions and in truth. Do it. Loving in action is how we know that we belong to the Truth. You lay down your life for your friends when you decide not to do a certain thing or spend money on certain things so that you can help someone in need. I was going to go on a major vacation and live the high life but I decided not to stay as long Page 2 of 18

or not to fly first class Page 3 of 18

or not to eat at expensive restaurants. Restaurant Sublimotion, in the Mediterranean Sea charges $ 2,078 per person. That s enough to plant a church in Kenya or feed villagers and orphans and supply school needs in India. Making those cut backs laying down your life, so that you could help widows and orphans and the poor and needy. You can still do things but you can scale it back some and make some sacrifices now in this life so that you will have treasures and rewards in heaven. When you are really after God s heart and He changes you, it feels good to give and know that people are praising His name because of something you gave. 2 Cor. 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. God loves those who give happily and cheerfully. This calls down God s favor on us. Many have misunderstood this to be taking the place of tithing. That God doesn t expect His 10%. That is wrong, God wants you to give cheerfully of course. But this being a cheerful giver does not negate your responsibility to Him of paying your tithe. And He wants you to be happy about paying tithes too. If you are not, then your heart is not in the right place and it does you no good to pay tithes or give at all if you are not happy and cheerful to do it. When you give cheerfully, it releases you from slavery to mammon. Page 4 of 18

Many ministers have fallen away because they are chasing money and never can seem to get enough. They have made it their God and are using the people to serve their purposes. Page 5 of 18

They have gotten so greedy that they are doing this, this was on the news in Florida. You cannot make someone obey, you teach them in love and then it is between them and God. One person that comes here lost their job but God has blessed them with a job that they really wanted and not only that it pays much better. I ve heard testimonies of people needing provision and didn t know where it would come from and God spoke to someone to write out a check and mail it to them. He knows all of our names and addresses and our needs. Nothing is impossible for God. Acts 9:10-11 - And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, Jesus knew exactly where to tell Ananias to go. No phone books, no internet, no cell phones, no gps no need for any of that. Jesus knows all. Here are some more things that your support is helping this ministry to do: Page 6 of 18

These Pastors travel when they can and participate in conferences to preach the gospel. This is an open air conference Pastor Erustus participated in to reach the people for Jesus. Pastor Erustus doesn t have a car and so we are paying a lot of money for him to do this kind of work as well as check on the churches he has planted. Page 7 of 18

This is a widow that Pastor Erustus and his ministry help with her children. Page 8 of 18

Your giving helps the little kids to have a treat sometimes. It breaks my heart to think how the kids in our churches have snacks and treats every Sunday, but not these kids. They really rejoice over a treat. Page 9 of 18

Pastor Dalbeer in India, got his tool box out and helped to repair this man s artificial leg. The people are very poor and do the best they can with very little. They don t have the benefit of refined medical care. Page 10 of 18

This is Pastor Dalbeer with a few of the kids from the hostel. I want to share a story that Pastor sent with one of his updates: Promod is boy he has shared me about his experience in the home with his relative who are very poor they did not have not food for satisfying their basic fooding so sometimes he not full fill his stomach he was very hungry but when he saw the situation of the relative house so when he was in hostel that time we give everyone some money for outing for the kids that time he did not spend that money and saved it, from one day Sunita taught them about saving and its benefit and it will used in their future, and from that day he has started saving money from that day So when he saw the situation in the relative family and he gave them 520 that he was having then they bought food for the home so he was praying that day then I called up the relative of Promod for the small labor work and we will continue call them when we have little work. From the day of my accident and what I feel the disable people they are dependent to other they always want to do by their self but they are not able to do anything if someone is not there to help them so that exeprince I felt that time is a example I also need someone so when I see this kind of story and situation see or heard automatically Page 11 of 18

from the day of my accident I always have tears and perivious I was very strong man and I did not used to have tears in my easily but now its easily by seeing any poor situation for any human being So I fully effort to do something for them God always shows or leads me to do so. So I never looked at money matter but what I have skilled dignity for them I will do that for them and how I can I am thank full to God that my family they also have same behavior today from the story of Promod I have experienced the same and this behavior is also building up in my hostel kids and the situation is not only of Promod its of everyone in the hostel. So sister you know when God starts working then satin always tries to break them past which my sources of supporting has stop already and God has open yours brother Scott and Sweet Kennedy heart for helping us and three heart Church congregation for the help and support for this ministry we have big area of needs and we prayer that God will provide more for his ministry and that we can go to those people who are not only spiritually, physical, economically, socially, mentally I always remember this word for the bible and also tell to my sister and brother God has given us a loving heart. 2 Cor.1:3-4 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation (trouble), that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort (help) wherewith we ourselves are comforted (have received) of God. 8. Angelica Zambrano 2 nd visit to Heaven & Hell Among all those people (in Hell), I heard someone saying, I ask for your forgiveness now Lord, because I have stolen from you, forgive me for stealing, I stole from you Lord and I do not want to do it again. I asked, Lord, who is he and why does he say he stole from You? My child I will show you who he is. We entered his cell and I saw a disfigured man. The flames opened up and I could see that he was being tormented. All those people who are in hell have a plaque on their chest, and 666 on their forehead. This man extended his hand and said, Lord forgive me. I asked, Why are you here? He replied, I ll tell you my story. I was a Christian leader, for 20 years I had known Christ, but during the 20 years I said: all that money from my tithing and offerings were just to sustain the pastors, but now I regret it because I Page 12 of 18

understand and I know that it wasn t for them, it was for the Lord, and that is why I say I have stolen from God. At this very moment there are many people on Earth that are robbing the Lord like I did. When you return to Earth, tell all those people who don t want to give their offerings and tithes, not to steal from the Lord, otherwise, they ll wind up in Hell, and no thief will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I knew the Holy Word, now I regret it and realize I robbed the Lord. (Mal 3:8) He said, Tell the people when they give to God, give to the Lord with true love. (2Cor 9:7) This man kept pleading, Lord forgive me, and the Lord replied, It is too late, there is no opportunity for you. 1 Cor.10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. You are not giving to that Pastor or that church or anything else, your heart is to be that you are giving to the Lord. Brother Kenneth at the church we used to go to shared something with us in Sunday School one morning. He said about the people that ask for money on the street corners, it is not our job to determine if they really need help or if they are lying. When we give with Page 13 of 18

the right heart, God will reward us. That person will answer to Jesus if they are lying. Let the Holy Spirit guide you in these situations, sometimes there really are people that need help. I used to not understand how God was going to receive thanksgiving. I knew that when I gave to someone it made me feel good. When you give in God s name, as a Christian, what happens when someone receives what they really need, is that they give God praise and glory because they know He has provided through you. Page 14 of 18

You do this by your obedience to Him. You have heard that you are blessed to be a blessing. Here is a picture of this: Page 15 of 18

That saying, blessed to be a blessing is true. Sometimes God tests us to see what we will do with the blessings He gives us. Do we run out and have an attitude of me me me and spend it all on us? Or do we think of others and help where we can? Of course you keep some but you keep the blessings flowing when you give to Him and to others. CLOSING PASTOR ERUSTUS MUSEVE SHARES About ALMS to me looking at its definition and some scriptures means the things one gives to the needy especially the poor, widows, elderly, orphans as an act of charity from ones heart for the love of God. This can be food, clothings, money or even just acts of kindness.look at Acts 3:1-6.The begger at the beautiful gate sat at the door receiving things from believers.vs 5 says he expected something from Peter & John.its Peter who specified that he didnt have money or silver. In Acts 9:36-41, we read of a disciple by the name Tabitha or Dorcus who the bible says was full of good works and almdeeds.in her case she sewed coats and garments which she gave as alms to the widows. In Acts 10:1-4, the story and testimony of Cornelius not saved but learned the secret of giving alms and prayer.the bible says his alms and prayers went before the Lord as a memorial.from this we learn that any giving we do to men its to God who eventually will reward us in this life and in the eternal life to come i.e we lay treasures in heaven.you remember the bible says whatever we do lets do it as unto the Lord, its God who rewards not men. In Acts 24:17 ; Paul says after many years he came back to bring alms and offering to his nation.i believe alms were for the poor and offerings given for church/ministry work by the disciples. In the book of Mathew 6:1-20, Jesus taught about 3 things that we should do them in secret i.e giving, prayer & fasting.in Vs 1-4 he talks of giving alms in secret i.e we should not go around. anouncing with pride all over which is a spirit of hypocrisy, what is the motive of ones giving? Do you want people to see and know or are you after pleasing God in your heart?.if we expect to be rewarded by God then our acts of righteousness must be of a clean godly motive.we are not to do or give for selfish motives or be seen or known or admired or praised by others.hypocrites always want to be seen and get glory for themselves, such Jesus said will never receive any reward from God. Luke 11:41, Jesus rebukes the Page 16 of 18

Pharisees about their hypocritical hearts in whatever they do.were much concerned with outside(what men could see) but inside( what God saw) they were unclean. Now people give into our churches and ministries, its good to be accountable and open to what we receive and what we are using it for.telling people where we channel or use our tithes, offerings or alms etc to me its not wrong.many receive money or things for their selfish gains or stomachs.you remember Paul and the early church used to receive other church donations and collections to help the poor, widows and mission works and he openly in his letters shared with the concerned brethren and churches 1Corinthians 16:1-4 ; Philippians 4:15-19 All manner of giving is unto God.Jesus said whatever we do to our fellow brothers and sisters, we do to him and proverbs say when we give to the poor, we lend to God.We lay our treasures in heaven. Thats my thoughts Pastor.Receive our love and greetings PRAYER Page 17 of 18
