When We All Get To Heaven, Hymn #633 1 Sing the wondrous love of Jesus; Sing his mercy and his grace. In the mansions bright and blessed He ll prepare for us a place. Refrain When we all get to heaven, What a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus, We ll sing and shout the victory! 2 While we walk the pilgrim pathway, Clouds will overspread the sky; But when traveling days are over, Not a shadow, not a sigh. 3 Let us then be true and faithful, Trusting, serving every day; Just one glimpse of him in glory Will the toils of life repay. 4 Onward to the prize before us! Soon his beauty we ll behold; Soon the pearly gates will open; We shall tread the streets of gold. Hymn #56 1 The day Thou gavest, Lord, is ended; the darkness falls at Thy behest; to Thee our morning hymns ascended; Thy praise shall hallow now our rest. 2 We thank Thee that Thy church, unsleeping while earth rolls onward into light, through all the world her watch is keeping, and rests not now by day or night. 3 As o er each continent and island the dawn leads on another day, the voice of prayer is never silent, nor die the strains of praise away. 4 So be it, Lord; Thy throne shall never, like earth s proud empires, pass away. Thy kingdom stands, and grows forever, till all Thy creatures own Thy sway.
A Life Sketched in the Masters Hands To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven; a time to be born a time to die... Eccl. 3:1-2 A Time to be Born Margiana Beatrice Chambers was born on May 2, 1929 to Annie Miles and Edward Chambers in Dry Hill, Lucea in the parish of Hanover Jamaica West Indies. She was the oldest of four children. Her mother died soon after the birth of the last child therefore Bea was left to help care for her siblings. All the children went to live with her Aunt Alice and later lived with her Aunt Cira.. At the tender age of 14 Bea left Hanover to take a job as a babysitter for the Manager of the Sugar Estate at Frome in Westmoreland. This job was the ideal setting to help her grow as a young woman. She was taught how to cook, bake, sew, the basics of homecare and running an Estate Home. As a young adult she always carried herself with a great deal of pride and dignity, she earned the name Ms. Bea from her first employer; who respected and loved her. Sweet By And By Hymn #428 1 There s a land that is fairer than day, And by faith we can see it afar; For the Father waits over the way To prepare us a dwelling place there. Refrain In the sweet in the sweet By and by by and by, We shall meet on that beautiful shore; In the sweet in the sweet By and by by and by We shall meet on that beautiful shore. 2 We shall sing on that beautiful shore The melodious songs of the blest, And our spirits shall sorrow no more Not a sigh for the blessing of rest. 3 To our bountiful father above We will offer our tribute of praise; For the glorious gift of His love And the blessings that hallow our days.
Abide With Me Hymn #50 1 Abide with me; fast falls the eventide; The darkness deepens; Lord with me abide! When other helpers fail and comforts flee, Help of the helpless, O abide with me. 2 Swift to its close ebbs out life s little day; Earth s joys grow dim; its glories pass away; Change and decay in all around I see; O Thou who changest not, abide with me. 3 I need Thy presence every passing hour. What but Thy grace can foil the tempter s power? Who, like Thyself, my guide and stay can be? Through cloud and sunshine, Lord, abide with me. 4 I fear no foe, with Thee at hand to bless; Ills have no weight, and tears no bitterness. Where is death s sting? Where, grave, thy victory? I triumph still, if Thou abide with me!
Sweet be thy rest, and peaceful thy sleeping; God s way is best, Thou art His keeping. O blessed sleep, where ills ne er molest thee! Sweet be thy rest. Thy work is done, thy sowing and reaping: Thy crown is won, and hushed is thy weeping. From tears and Woes, from earth s midnight dreary, Thine is repose where none ever weary. Sweet be thy rest. Sweet be thy rest; no more we may greet thee Till with the blest, in Heaven we meet thee. O union sweet that death cannot sever! There we shall meet, where sad tears fall never. Sweet be thy rest.
