How to Use this Calendar Attend your District s June Roundtable to pick up your calendar and program planning resources. Schedule a unit Annual Program Planning Conference in July or August to build your Scouting unit s calendar. Instructions on holding an Annual Program Planning Conference are in your packet and they can be found at the following websites. These websites also include additional program planning resources. When developing your program, review the Journey to Excellence requirements to ensure that your Scouting unit is providing a quality program to the families.
