How to Use this Calendar Attend your District s June Roundtable to pick up your calendar and program planning resources. Schedule a unit Annual Program Planning Conference in July or August to build your Scouting unit s calendar. Instructions on holding an Annual Program Planning Conference are in your packet and they can be found at the following websites. These websites also include additional program planning resources.
