YOUNG ADULT JOB FAIR The 10 th Annual Ulster County Young Adult Job Fair is being held on Thursday April 5, at the Andy Murphy Midtown Center located at 467 Broadway in Kingston from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm. This job fair is all Ulster County young people, age 16-24, who are looking for a job. This is sponsored by Ulster County Office of Employment & Training and Ulster County Workforce Development Board. For more information call 340-3170. DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY The Catholic Church has declared the first Sunday after Easter as Divine Mercy Sunday. The Church has added a plenary indulgence to it. A plenary indulgence is the complete remission of sin and punishment. To obtain this indulgence one has to go to confession, receive Holy Communion and recite some prayers for the intention of the Pope. Come join us this Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. for the Divine Mercy service at St. Joseph's Church. There will be the blessing of the Divine Mercy Picture, Divine Mercy Chaplet sung by Fr. George, Mass and Confession will be from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Are you a Baptized Catholic? Did you receive your First Holy Communion? Do you regularly attend Mass and Confession? Do you still need your Sacrament of Confirmation? Join us for the 8 week Archdiocesan Adult Confirmation Program But hurry, the program begins April 2! Pick up a flyer from your Pastor and register. We are also in need of a few volunteers who could work in our office once a month for a few hours. We are in desperate need of bags and girls clothing sizes 2-5 and for donation of diapers which are a major cost to our organization. We would appreciate donations of any of these things especially coats, mittens and hats. If you can donate any of these articles, please drop them off at the back of the church or in the parish office or call Leslie Przekop at 845-340- 4254.
