Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:8 SAMOA WAKE-UP! -Samoan Adventists have been theologically duped by SPD -Lying to God s flock to benefit theologically is a sign that leadership is spiritually bankrupt. -What SPD sold to Samoa was that Sunday worship was endorsed by the General Conference(GC). That was a lie, as GC had no jurisdiction on cultural and anthropological matters on Samoa, and therefore it could not rule on it. -The lie was instead spin by SPD to mislead Samoan Adventists. -This lie was therefore the pivotal point in Samoan Churches decision to endorse Sunday worship. -As warned, for any thinking Samoan Adventist, this is an insult to not only Samoa but to the intelligence of the God of Creation. -A concerted effort by SPD leadership to keep the indigenous of the Pacific ignorant of the facts with theological white lies has now caused more damage to the CHURCH than good. -As warned, the dateline issue is not a theological issue, but scientific, anthropological, and cultural in nature. SPD leadership still don t seem to get it. -What scientific, cultural or anthropological right does SPD have on the dateline issue of the Pacific? Absolutely none! -With cultural and anthropological right come legal rights. I don t think SPD is up to the required level yet to understand cultural and anthropological rights. Why not ask the authority on the culture? -As warned, Samoan Adventists deserves an apology from SPD for lying to Samoa. This must be the beginning of any dialogue forward. Better still those responsible are not fit to hold office and should resign. -The dateline has nothing to do with SPD but cultural and anthropological in nature. How hard is that to understand?

3 THEOLOGICAL WHITE LIES The fall of Lucifer started, not from outside but from within, heaven s leadership. He was the leader of the heaven s angels. He was the leader of all the beings of the universe. His down fall however started from wanting to be like the Most High. What was his theological strategy? By telling theological white lies. Why? Because Lucifer was at this stage, spiritually bankrupt. It is with sadness that our own SPD spiritual leaders have gone to the extent that they have, to deceive Samoan Adventists. In doing so, our own leaders have damage the body of Christ. They have much to answer for when Christ returns. Far from the claim of being divinely inspired, SPD s administrative and theological politics have been shown to be nothing more than human maneuverings. Lying to God s flock to gain theologically is a sign that our leadership is spiritually bankrupt. Since when did the body of Christ employ deceitful means to gain spiritual upper hand? For my brothers and sisters in Christ in Samoa, you must be made aware of the theological white lies so that you will have no option but to return to the Sabbath of Jacob, the Sabbath of Isaac, the Sabbath of Abraham, and the Sabbath of Christ. The theological white lies sold to Samoan Adventists by SPD are as follows: 1. Sunday worship in Samoa was endorsed by the General Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. This was a white lie. The GC could not have endorsed it because it has no jurisdiction on scientific, cultural and anthropological matters on Samoa. 2. The GC has rightly returned the issue to the SPD as the dateline is not a theological issue and has therefore correctly set the legal boundaries for the Church. A Church has no jurisdiction on cultural, scientific, and anthropological, matters on Samoa on any country for that matter.
4 3. Those Ministers who towed the SPD line have now also been exposed as well, for firstly, not knowing their Biblical mandate, and secondly, not knowing the theological framework they work under. It is theologically embarrassing. Like the story of Balaam, it is quite embarrassing for a prophet to be taught by a donkey. 4. The SPD has exceeded its authority on the dateline issue. We warned from the start on this particular issue. We are not talking about the Sabbath here. We are talking about the Dateline. SPD somehow exaggerated its authority and passed recommendations on cultural and anthropological matters on which it had no jurisdiction. By doing so therefore impersonated the authority on cultural and anthropological matters on Samoa. Impersonating an authority is a theological white lie bordering on fraudulent theology. The dateline is not a theological issue. A Church therefore has no jurisdiction on cultural, scientific, and anthropological matters pertaining to a nation. 5. SPD claimed that the change of the Sabbath was done by the Government of Samoa. This was a lie. We warned you on this very point. The change was done by STM on recommendation from SPD by changing the Calender when Samoa only had a dateline change. SPD claimed that the dateline change in Samoa warrants a Calender change. This is a scientific lie. Travelling across the dateline does not scientifically warrant a Calender change every time we cross the dateline. Scientifically, it is a white lie. Theologically, it is a white lie. Anthropologically, it is most embarrassing for all Adventists for its leadership to behave in such a manner. 6. SPD claimed that Samoa skipped Friday moving from Thursday to Saturday, making Sunday the new Saturday. This was a scientific white lie. It is a theological manoeuver. Scientifically, SPD and STM advertised to the world that we stand for God s creation, yet we don t understand its science. That is embarrassing. 7. SPD claimed that the dateline issue in Samoa was researched for 5 years and have come to the conclusion that the new Sunday is really Saturday. This was a theological white lie. Scientifically, Sunday can never really be Saturday. Theologically, Sunday can never really be Saturday. Anthropologically, Sunday is
5 Sunday and Saturday can only be Saturday. The 5 year dateline research claim has brought into question the integrity of our SDA academia. It is theologically embarrassing. All liars will have their part in the lake of fire, according to Revelation 21:8. THE DATELINE IS A SCIENTIFIC, CULTURAL, AND ANTHROPOLOGICAL, ISSUE As we expected, the GC has rightly returned the dateline issue to SPD as it could not rule on it because the dateline is not a theological issue. By doing so, it therefore correctly set the legal boundaries for the Church. A Church has no jurisdiction on cultural, scientific, and anthropological, matters on Samoa or any nation for that matter. One therefore finds it hard to understand how SPD, after stating that the dateline is a manmade institution, could not deduced or concluded, that it must therefore be a non-theological issue. SPD somehow could not put one and one together. Again, the integrity of SDA academia is brought into question on this issue. How can SPD not know that a man-made dateline is non-theological? Mathew counselled us: "Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's" Matthew 22:21. We all know that the Sabbath is not negotiable. It is the 7 th day of the week on planet earth, not on another planet. However, to get to the 7 th day of the week on planet earth, we must sort out earth s dateline. The planet has always been round from creation and therefore by default, any point on the round sphere can be established as the dateline. To count the days of the planet, such a point has always been there, we just have to pick one and agree
6 to it. By default, cultures, nations, and tongues, on a round sphere have to agree on where it should go. That is a requirement of the creation of any round sphere, if we want to count rotations. That point has been established by those before us. That is what Samoa has been doing in compliance with international agreement. Samoa has the scientific, cultural, and anthropological right to do so. Samoa can change the dateline 100 times and all we have to do is adjust accordingly to the international reference point we re using. That s it. So what scientific, cultural or anthropological authority does SPD have to disagree with the above? Absolutely none! So, changing the dateline is not going to change the Calender or the 7 th day of the planet. SATURDAY SABBATH KEEPER S ARGUMENTS PROVEN CORRECTLY AGAIN As warned from the start of this debacle, white lies have been sold to Samoan Adventists by SPD. So far, Saturday Sabbath keeper s arguments have been proven correctly. We warned from the start that theological white lies were being sold to Samoan Adventists by SPD. Our scientific arguments have been proven correctly. Our cultural and anthropological arguments have been proven correctly so far because the dateline issue is not a theological issue. Most important of all, our theological arguments have been proven correctly. Only Samoa can determine its scientific, cultural and anthropological matters pertaining to the dateline. From that dateline, once Samoa established its 7 th day of the week, in agreement with the international community, and in sync with cultural, scientific, and anthropological considerations, then the SDA and its theological machine can therefore confidently keep the 7 th day of the week on planet earth. According to that cultural, scientific, and anthropological consensus, the 7 th day of the week in Samoa still remains the Saturday. As commanded, remember the Sabbath. DAMAGE TO THE BODY OF CHRIST It is with great sadness that our leadership appears oblivious to the damage done to the body of Christ. Church members and God s flock have been denied spiritual pastoral care. God s
7 flock have been neglected and members scattered. And many souls have been lost forever. Yet our leaders are nowhere to be found. Jeremiah has a warning for our leadership: Jeremiah 23: 1-4(KJV) 1.Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the Lord. 2. Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the Lord. 3. And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. 4. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. SUMMARY White lies are not of God. Satan is the father of lies. The international dateline as warned is not a theological issue. SPD must therefore not try and make it a theological issue. We warned from the start of this debacle that it is a scientific, cultural, and an anthropological, issue. Mathew counselled us: "Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's" Matthew 22:21. The Sabbath is Gods. The dateline is unto man. The Sabbath is not negotiable. The Sabbath is fixed. Find the 7 th day and we have our Sabbath. The dateline however is unto man. We must respect the institution of the dateline because it belongs to the realm of science of creation, culture and anthropology of the people of the planet. There is much damage done to the body of Christ. Leadership will answer to the SHEPHERD himself as Jeremiah warned. Church members and God s flock have been denied spiritual pastoral care. God s flock have been neglected and members scattered. Yet the shepherds are nowhere to be seen.
8 And if SPD can happily employ theological white lies in advancing its theological agenda, without regards to the counsel of Jeremiah, then we will brace ourselves for we know that the leadership will not visit the flock. The good news is, the Lord will send his shepherds to look after his flock. That is God s promise. TIME FOR RECOCILIATION With all the available information that we now have, I call on all our brothers and sisters both in STM and Saturday Sabbath Keepers, be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. - 1 Peter 5:8. Let us come together and break bread and dialogue on a way forward. The devil wants us to be divided. The facts are now out in the open. We cannot ignore what God has revealed to you and me to this date. God s flock has been scattered long enough. The key to solving this problem lies with us all. We must not be shy to admit our failings. We must come together in unity and with humility in front of God.
