CHURCH WIDE STUDY TO BEGIN SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST Next Sunday, September 7th will be Genesis Sunday and Christian Education Volunteer Appreciation. Everyone will begin in the Sanctuary at 9:00 am. At 11:45 am, following worship, the first all-church Brunch of the new church year will be held. Please plan to stay for great food and fellowship. September 14th is NaCoMe weekend, so there will be NO children s Sunday School. The new fall Christian Education program will begin on Sunday, September 21st with a church wide study of Mark Batterson's The Circle Maker and continuing through October 31st. MATERIALS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE CHURCH OFFICE $20 for a book and a participants guide, for those who would like to help defray the cost. SUNDAY SCHOOL STUDY FOR YOUTH BEGINNING SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST AT 9:00 AM On a scale of one to ten, how do you measure up? Most of us measure how we re doing by how everyone else is doing. Not a day goes by that we re not tempted to glance to the left and to the right to see how we measure up to the people around us. This is especially true at school. We see everyone else s grades, clothes, athletic ability, talent, and popularity. And it s easy to feel like we don t measure up. In this series, Andy Stanley explores the difficult but not impossible challenge of escaping The Comparison Trap. BPC s Ice Bucket Challenge For ALS In honor of Connie Dean Has raised $3,226 So far... BPC Early Ed Fire Truck October 14th & 15th
