I am willing to begin with an open heart & mind. Let s Begin...

I ask others for help.

I can confide in someone I trust.

I take time to listen to others.

Communication of my feelings is important.

It s okay to say no.

Communication is the master key that I use to open the door happiness.

Fear, anxiety, and anger are slaves to good communication.

I can safely communicate my feelings with others.

I have found ways to express my feelings and not act out my frustrations.

I can explain my feelings openly to others.

I honestly voice my frustrations.

I am building character and strengthening relationships by opening up to others.

I am open to enlightenment by sharing my thoughts and feelings constructively.

On the highway of life, work does not drive me. I drive work by staying calm and remaining positive.
