TRUETANTRA ACADEMY 14 OCTOBER 2017 Tantra & Transpersonal Studies tantra means to expand & liberate, and is one of the fastest hermetic practices to transform & enlighten yourself!! Most of all the techniques that are seen during this training are around the Kaula Tantra tradition. Meaning that the practice, the experiences and the teachings will be in two main spectrums the red tantra and the white tantra. Considering that Red Tantra is the work regading the lower chakras or density to come and transform those densities in an spiritual frame. Considering white tantra, the work focusing on the self-knowledge departing from the spiritual and loving awareness to transmute and become an enlightened being. Kaula encloses 5 different tools which allow that you can connect with yourself in several levels: the physical, the emotional/psychological, the sexual and the spiritual. It accesses memories and paterns in your life that sometimes do not permit to grow as a person and human being. On top the expriences and the process that are generated go deep in the transpersonal material (archetypal, shamanic, and cosmic experience) as well as early childhood, young adult hood and present issues. These tools are breathwork, meditation, ritualism, tantra yoga and bodywork, and sacred sexuality. All these disciplines interact in between them, meaning, that when you are doing tantra yoga you are using the other ones and so on. These are effective instruments to generate a life living experience in which self knowledge is open and ready to be assimilated or work on it (process). TANTRA SESSION :: MASSAGE & BODYWORK :: A tantra session involves the 5 sacred tools of Tantra. In which you deliver and receive an life living experience. You learn how valuable the breathwork can be to sychronized your energies between you and the receiver. In a single session you learn how to manouver your life force sexual energy via breathing, mudras and locks. You will experience how a ritual can connect the bodies of your being and allow you to open your sensorial being to a new knowledge but alsso connect your memory. All these, sustained with the theoretical frame of work in which quantum physics and biology will be the frame to understand Tantra.
