God is generous. He enjoys giving to all people, so God will give you wisdom. 6 But when you ask God, you must believe. Do not doubt God. Anyone who doubts is like a wave in the sea. The wind blows the wave up and down. James 1:5-6 (ICB) But the wisdom that comes from God is like this: First, it is pure. Then it is also peaceful, gentle, and easy to please. This wisdom is always ready to help those who are troubled and to do good for others. This wisdom is always fair and honest. James 3:17(ICB) 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His great power. 11 Wear the full armor of God. Wear God s armour so that you can fight against the devil s evil tricks. 12 Our fight is not against people on earth. We are fighting against the rulers and authorities and the powers of this world s darkness. We are fighting against the spiritual powers of evil in the heavenly world. 13 That is why you need to get God s full armor. Then on the day of evil you will be able to stand strong. And when you have finished the whole fight, you will still be standing. Ephesians 6:10-13 (ICB) October THANKFUL HEARTS The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise Him. Psalm 28:7 (NIV) This is what the LORD Almighty said: Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. Zechariah 7:9 (NIV) Everything you say and everything you do should all be done for Jesus your Lord. And in all you do, give thanks to God the Father through Jesus. Colossians 3:17 (ICB) 6 The person who plants a little will have a small harvest. But the person who plants a lot will have a big harvest. 7 Each one should give, then, what he has decided in his heart to give. He should not give if it makes

But pray and ask God for everything you need. And you pray, always giving thanks. 7 And God s peace will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. The peace that God gives is so great that we cannot understand it. 8 Brothers, continue to think about the things that are good and worthy of praise. Think about the things that are true and honorable and right and pure and beautiful and respected. Philippians 4:6-8 (ICB) Honor the Lord by giving part of your wealth. Psalm 27:1 (ICB) December JESUS,GOD S GIFT TO THE WORLD For to us a child is born, to us a Son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. Philippians 2:8-10 (ICB) 3 January WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:8-10 (NIV) The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. Deuteronomy 28:13 (NIV) But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9 (NIV) 37 But in all these things we have full victory through God who showed His love for us. 38-39 Yes, I am sure that nothing can separate us from the love God has for us. Not death, not life, not angels, not ruling spirits, nothing now, nothing in the future, no powers, nothing above us, nothing below us, or anything else in the whole world will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39 (ICB) God has made us what we are. In Christ Jesus, God made us new people so that we would do good works. God had planned in advance for us those good works for us. He had planned for us to live our lives doing them. Ephesians 2:10 (ICB) February LAF - LOVE, ACCEPT, FORGIVE 7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 1 John 4:7-8 (NIV) 37 Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: Love your neighbour as yourself. Be humble and give more honour to others than to yourselves. 4 Do not be interested only in your own life, but be interested in the lives of others. Matthew 12:35 (NKJV) Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. James 5:16 (NIV) 22 You were taught to leave your old self to stop living the evil way you lived before. That old self becomes worse because people are fooled by the evil things they want to do. 23 But you were taught to be made new in your hearts. 24 You were taught to become a new person. That new person is made to be like God made to be truly good and holy. 25 So you must stop telling lies. Tell each other the truth because we all belong to each other in the same body. Ephesians 4:26 (ICB) April PROMISES OF GOD For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Romans 10:17 (NKJV) I do not live anymore it is Christ living in me. I still live in my body, but I live by faith in the Son of God. He loved me and gave Himself to save me. Galatians 2:20 (ICB) But the Holy Spirit will come to you. Then you will receive power. You will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, in all of Judea, in Samaria, and in every part of the world.
