Glorify the Name of God - #5 El Eloyn God Most High El Roi The God who Sees
Isaiah 14:12-14 Look how you have fallen from the sky, O shining one, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O conqueror of the nations! You said to yourself, I will climb up to the sky. Above the stars of El I will set up my throne. I will rule on the mountain of assembly on the remote slopes of Zaphon. I will climb up to the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High! (El Eloyn)

Daniel 3:25,26 He answered, But I see four men, untied and walking around in the midst of the fire! No harm has come to them! And the appearance of the fourth is like that of a god! Then Nebuchadnezzar approached the door of the furnace of blazing fire. He called out, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, servants of the most high God (El Eloyn), come out! Come here! Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego emerged from the fire.
Daniel 4:28-35 Now all of this happened to King Nebuchadnezzar. After twelve months, he happened to be walking around on the battlements of the royal palace of Babylon. The king uttered these words: Is this not the great Babylon that I have built for a royal residence by my own mighty strength and for my majestic honor? While these words were still on the king s lips, a voice came down from heaven: It is hereby announced to you, King Nebuchadnezzar, that your kingdom has been removed from you!
Daniel 4:28-35 You will be driven from human society, and you will live with the wild animals. You will be fed grass like oxen, and seven periods of time will pass by for you before you understand that the Most High is ruler over human kingdoms and gives them to whomever he wishes. Now in that very moment this pronouncement about Nebuchadnezzar came true. He was driven from human society, he ate grass like oxen, and his body became damp with the dew of the sky, until his hair became long like an eagle s feathers, and his nails like a bird s claws.
Daniel 4:28-35 But at the end of the appointed time I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up toward heaven, and my sanity returned to me. I extolled the Most High (El Eloyn), and I praised and glorified the one who lives forever. For his authority is an everlasting authority, and his kingdom extends from one generation to the next. All the inhabitants of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he wishes with the army of heaven and with those who inhabit the earth. No one slaps his hand and says to him, What have you done?
Genesis 16:7-13 The Lord s angel found Hagar near a spring of water in the desert the spring that is along the road to Shur. He said, Hagar, servant of Sarai, where have you come from, and where are you going? She replied, I m running away from my mistress, Sarai. Then the Lord s angel said to her, Return to your mistress and submit to her authority. I will greatly multiply your descendants, the Lord s angel added, so that they will be too numerous to count.
Genesis 16:7-13 Then the Lord s angel said to her, You are now pregnant and are about to give birth to a son. You are to name him Ishmael, for the Lord has heard your painful groans. He will be a wild donkey of a man. He will be hostile to everyone, and everyone will be hostile to him. He will live away from his brothers. So Hagar named the Lord who spoke to her, You are the God who sees me, (El Roi) for she said, Here I have seen one who sees me!
Isaiah 40:13,14 Who comprehends the mind of the Lord, or gives him instruction as his counselor? From whom does he receive directions? Who teaches him the correct way to do things, or imparts knowledge to him, or instructs him in skillful design?
Psalm 33:13-15 The Lord watches from heaven; he sees all people. From the place where he lives he looks carefully at all the earth s inhabitants. He is the one who forms every human heart, and takes note of all their actions.

Psalm 103:8-14 The Lord is compassionate and merciful; he is patient and demonstrates great loyal love. He does not always accuse, and does not stay angry. He does not deal with us as our sins deserve; he does not repay us as our misdeeds deserve.
Psalm 103:8-14 For as the skies are high above the earth, so his loyal love towers over his faithful followers. As far as the eastern horizon is from the west, so he removes the guilt of our rebellious actions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on his faithful followers. For he knows what we are made of; he realizes we are made of clay.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
