Call to Worship Leader: Christ is risen; People: He is risen indeed. Leader: The light for the world did not remain extinguished, Christ is risen; People: Alleluia, Christ is risen, he is risen indeed! Leader: We celebrate the Good News to the World for this is the day the Lord has made. People: Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Katie Mulligan WE RESPOND TO GOD S WORD *Affirmation of Faith - The Apostle s Creed I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

Offering We have come together to celebrate Christ s victory over death and to give thanks for God s amazing, all-encompassing love. Each one of us is an expression of this love. By the way we live and the way we give, that love is carried into the lives of others who have had little experience of God s care. May our offerings represent an outpouring of our gratitude. We also provide a nursery for children infants through age three (3). Our nursery worker is Emilie Jackson. Our Children s Church program for children ages Pre-K through 5 th grade begins following the Children s Sermon. They will return during communion. Ministry Opportunity Please consider becoming a part of a Prayer Chain within our congregation, What do you need to do? Answer the phone, listen carefully to learn about the prayer concern. Lift the concern up in prayer and then call the next person on the list.
