Verse References How to Use this List of Verse References This is the complete list of Bible verses either quoted or referenced in the book, Born Again: Our New Life in Christ. We encourage you to use this list both for study and for memorization, because anyone who has a good knowledge of these verses will have a solid base for understanding what it means to be born again. To fully enter into the experience of salvation we must have God s word, the Bible, within us! One very good way to memorize Bible verses is to write down a verse on a 3 x 5 card and post it in a place where you will see it a few times a day. After you memorize it move it to the side, but in a place where you can still see it, and then write down another verse. As you memorize the new verse, continue to review the previous one. Place old memory verses together, in a stack or in a small box, and from time to time go through them in a random manner to refresh your memory. And as you memorize a verse, really pray over it to touch the Lord as you consider it, and to allow Him to speak to you in a deeper way through His word.

Verse List Using the NASB How to Use this List of Bible Verses This is the same list of verses as in the previous section, i.e., the complete list of Bible verses either quoted or referenced in the book, Born Again: Our New Life in Christ. But, instead of giving you only the verse references, this section gives you the complete text of each verse, taken from the New American Standard Bible. You can use this list of verses together with the list of references in the first section. When you choose a verse to memorize in this section, write down the date in the first section, to help you keep track of what you ve done. There is no need to memorize the verses in order, unless you prefer to do it that way. Another way is to allow the Lord to lead you as you look through the verses on a given day and consider which one touches you, then choose that as your memory verse. Also, to make sure you don t forget verses you ve previously memorized, be sure to review your previous memory verses from time to time!
