February 3 - Blessing of Throats after Mass Saint Blaise is believed to begin as a healer then, eventually, became a "physician of souls." He then retired to a cave, where he remained in prayer. People often turned to Saint Blaise for healing miracles. (Catholic On-line) Please remember those who have gone before us marked with the sign of faith especially, Fr. Joseph A. Dillon. Also, remember the sick of the parish at home, in hospitals and convalescent homes, especially Norman Quenneville and Norm Cloutier.
