We are gifted to build bonds among ourselves and others in order to live the Gospel in word, worship, community and service for the salvation of all and the building of God s kingdom. May 27, 2018 THE MOST HOLY How can God be one and three at the same time? To try TRINITY to understand the mystery of the Holy Trinity with our human mind is like trying to put all the waters in the ocean MASS SCHEDULE into a small bucket. Nowhere in the New Testament is Saturday the doctrine of the Trinity carefully explained. What we 4:00 PM find there is not so much men writing theology or Sunday explaining the Trinity, but people, like us, talking about 8:30 AM something that has happened in their own lives - how 11:00 AM their lives had been touched by God. They did not understand it all. The only thing they knew for sure was Weekdays that God had become for them a living reality. They had Please check for schedule seen him at work. They had witnessed his power. They in bulletin had experienced his presence. The doctrine of the Trinity describes the unique ways that people experience God s Sacrament of presence in their lives how they came to know God. Reconciliation Our question about the Trinity leads us to the basic Saturday 3:00 PM 3:50PM question of: How do we know God? We find the answer or by appointment by describing our experience of God, our encounters with Him. God, the Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit - Religious Education is not just a mystery to be solved, not just a doctrine to be Grades K 8 learned but a Being to encounter, a loving Presence to Sunday experience. The life of God, the intimacy of God 9:45 AM 10:45 AM cannot be stated. It can only be experienced.
