How to Get the Most out of Your Subscription: To maximize FORMED in your parish, it s best to lead an intentional effort with a team of helpers. STEP 1: Staff/Key Contributor Training Session(s) - The Most Important Step! Successful parish implementation begins when your staff and key contributors are familiar with FORMED and all it provides. Host a Staff/Key Contributor Training Session using the FORMED Orientation webinar/video. STEP 2: Identify a FORMED Team Champion It is vital for the pastor to designate a Champion from the parish to lead the charge with FORMED. The Champion can either be a parish staff member or a key contributor who volunteers his or her time. STEP 3: Recruit and Train a FORMED Team Determine who will best serve on a FORMED Team and train them using FORMED Team training videos found on the FORMED online platform. STEP 4: Invite Current Groups to Begin Using FORMED Programs RCIA: Symbolon and Catholicism Series Adult Faith Formation: Symbolon and Catholicism Series Marriage Enrichment Retreat/Study: Beloved Marriage Preparation: Beloved Pre-Baptism Classes: Reborn Bible Studies: Lectio Small Christian Communities: Symbolon/Lectio/33 Days Parent Sessions: Symbolon/Catholicism

Seven Steps for Success in Your Parish STEP 5: Prepare for your FORMED Launch Days Choose at least 4 consecutive Sundays for the FORMED Launch Days. Prepare the promotional materials that have been provided to you through the FORMED website for the Launch Days. STEP 6: Host Launch Days Have your FORMED Team available after Mass at a table with information about FORMED programs. Ask the pastor or priest to announce the start-up of FORMED in the parish and invite parishioners to take out their phones and register on Formed.org using the provided parish code. If possible, show the FORMED parish promotional video. Continue to have FORMED announcements over the next several Sundays to continue to help parishioners get familiar with the programs. STEP 7: Promote, promote, promote! After the Launch Days, you will need to promote FORMED on multiple weekends (at least 4 consecutively) to reach those who attend Mass weekly and those who may show up irregularly. Continue to use the pulpit announcement and other promotional resources available for FREE via the informed page on the FORMED website (business cards, flyers, posters, bulletin announcements, etc.) The pastor, staff, and FORMED Team can use Seasons and Feasts of the Church s liturgical year to encourage parishioners and families to study the various programs on FORMED.
