Travels During this course Students and teachers have traveled to know about the cultures of our partner countries. TRIP TO PORTUGAL Jose Bueno and Marta Sierra were the teachers who travelled to Portugal for the first meeting. There they talk about the activities they would do during the course and the following meetings they would have. In Portugal both students and teachers visited different places where they saw and learned about their culture. They visited their schools and learned about their educational system, they tasted their food and saw many interesting things about their culture. TRIP TO TURKEY. The teachers who went to the second meeting in Turkey were Marta Sierra and Julio Zorilla. TRIP TO SPAIN The trip to our country has been very nice. We really enjoyed with their visit. We tried to do our best. We performed a concert to welcome them. We show them our costumes and also our city and museums.
. ERASMUS + Programming In this section We will tell you about all the activities that we have done during the visit of our partners in Spain. The activities have been made since Mondey 23 th May until Friday 27 th of this same month: -Monday 23 th May, we introduced our partners to our. Afterwards we performed a concert to show them our traditional dances and songs. After the concert, they had breakfast and then we showed them our town, Coín. At midday they had lunch in Las Alberquillas, after that they went to a pottery museum. Later on they walked to the hermitage, where they supped while they were listening to música rociera. -Tuesday 24 th May, they had a meeting about the activities they are going to make according to the Erasmus+ programming. Afterwards they went to Málaga and they were received in the Council Office. Then they visited La Alcazaba and Museo Picasso. They also visited the cathedral and they enjoyed an organ concert.
afternoon they saw the fair of Alhaurin where they enjoyed " Solera Group ". -Thursday 26 th May, they went to Ronda where they saw the town and one of the oldest bullrings of Spain. -Wednesday 25 th May, they visited a grocery store, a farm museum and a bakery where they learnt how to make bread. Then they visited El Molino de los Corchos, a very beautiful landscape where they found an old mill. After this visit they went to taste churros and then they visited the Gerald Brenan. During the -Friday 27 th May, we taught our partners how to dance sevillanas. We had lunch with teachers, students and families. After that teachers had a farewell dinner in Palace Hotel.
ERASMUS + Flamenco festival Andalusian song and dances Students and teachers work together to welcome our partners. The main objective was to show them our traditional songs and dances. It has been a very nice spectacle. Students, teachers and many people have come to participate in the performance. Below, you can see the pictures: -El vito. -Malagueña Paco, our music teacher, has been preparing with the students and people (who wanted to participate from the very beginning) the programming of the performance. Singers: -Jesus Vera. Jesus Vera is an old student of IES Licinio de la Fuente. He loves singing flamenco. He came to sing some of our tradititional flamenco songs. - 4 ESO A and 4 ESO B students and students from others clases were singing, dancing and playing different instruments. - Teachers. -sevillana. Sueña la margarita -rumba. Ni mas ni menos -rumba. Cuando te beso At the end of the festival the Spanish teachers got up on the stage and they sang Clavelitos Carnation a typical Spanish song which is usually played by La Tuna.
ERASMUS + Interviews After interwieing Some of the students who has hosted students from other countries... we have compiled the best from them. Valdemar is Pedro Robles' guest. Richard:How did they cope? Pedro:Pretty well he was pleasant and very nice to us, and had brought us gifts. Richard:Was it easy or hard for you to communicate each other? Pedro:It was easy, because we were both making an effort to get along. Richard:What activities did you do after school hours? Pedro:We played football in the mall and ate sunflower seeds. Richard: Did he tell you his opinion about Spain? Pedro:That everything was so expensive compared to his country. Richard:How was your experience? Pedro:I loved it, I would return to repeat it. Emine Ravza is Rafael Gonzalez's guest. Lorena:How did they cope with culture? Rafael: He was shy due to the fact that it was his first trip. Lorena:Was it easy or hard for you?
Rafael: A bit hard because he was shy due to the fact that it was his first trip. Lorena:What activities did you do after school hours? Rafael:We went to visit Malaga and saw Plaza Mayor. Lorena: Did he tell you his opinion about Spain? Rafael: He was surprised about the way people talk here. He said that we shout when we talk. Lorena:How was his experience? Rafael:He has enjoyed it and would return to repeat it. Agatar is Lucas's guest. Raul:How did they cope with culture? Lucas:She was very happy to be here from the very beginning she arrived. Raul:Was it easy or hard for you? Lucas: Initially it was difficult for us, but as time passes we were better and better, especially when we had to communicate each other. Raul:What activities did you do after school hours? Lucas:We went to Malaga to the fort and to the Roman theatre. Raul: Did he tell you his opinion about Spain? Lucas:He thought that Spanish scheludes for lunch and dinner were different to theirs. Moreover he thought that the paella were a very weird dish. Raul:How was your experience? Lucas:I liked it a lot, it has been exciting and I would love repeating it. Melisa Croavin is Alba Berrocal's guest. Andres: How did they cope with culture? Alba: She found it easy to adapt to our customs and she was very sociable. Andres: Was it easy or hard for you? Alba: It was easy for us. We did not have problems when we have to speak each other. Andres:What activities did you do after school hours? Alba:We went to the chapel, visited the river Tagus and also we went to see the fair in Alhaurin Andres: Did he tell you his opinion about Spain? Alba: Yes, she did not understand why we have lunch and dinner so late. Andres :How was your experience? Alba: It was a great experience and I would return to take part again.
