Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ, Occasionally someone will express a desire to go deeper into the things of God than what we are able to offer here at the church through Christian Ed. classes or small group offerings. It s very nice to have something available for those desires. I m pleased to be able to recommend to everyone some deeper theological education that is available to all through the Anglican School of Ministry (ASM), based in Little Rock, Arkansas. ASM offers education by extension, so you don t have to go to Little Rock to participate in courses. Information may be found online at www.anglicanschoolofministry.org or you may email questions and inquiries to info@anglicanschoolofministry.org. Their phone number is 501-801-3410. ASM offers two main tracks. The first is their Foundations Courses, which is perfect for any who have a desire to grow in their knowledge of the Bible and theology, becoming better Sunday school teachers, Bible study leaders, or simply better informed Christians. For this coming summer they are offering two courses, one on worship and one on Anglicanism. The second track is graduate level coursesm and these are designed for those seeking higher levels of leadership (even ordination), and completion leads to Certificates or Diplomas. ASM has six courses this summer. Registration for summer courses is open until May 6 (classes start May 15), so if you are even the least bit interested, please visit www.anglicanschoolofministry.org, shoot them an email, or give them a call. If the short notice makes it impossible for those who are interested to be able to participate, ask them to put you on their mailing list for future course offering information. May God bless you, and may God be glorified in our efforts to become better disciples of Jesus. Yours in Christ, Fr. Andy + The Rocket 105 Page 2 of 8

TSRC is in need of workers in the following ministries: Sound Tech see Ryan Plummer Video Tech see Tina Hanson Altar Guild see Barb Anderson These ministries are vital to our weekly services. We must have workers in these areas. Summertime brings vacations, and vacations bring shortages of workers. If you feel you are being called to one of these ministries, please see the appropriate person named above or call the church office. Thank you. Joshua 1:9: Remember that I have commanded you to be determined and confident! Do not be afraid or discouraged, for I, the Lord your God, am with you wherever you go. The Rocket 105 Page 6 of 8
