Testimony My sister had a bad abdominal pain and doctor said there is a growth in her ovary. All of my sisters and me were very worried for her. After church service, I approached Pastor Lynette and she prayed for my sister. I thank and praise our Lord that the operation to remove her ovary, cervix and womb was a smooth one and it took a shorter time than expected. On 26 May, my sister went to the doctor for reviews and it was a favorable report. All glory goes to our Lord God. My sister is quite well now and her appetite is back to normal. PrayerFocus MISSIONS MEKONG Boonchiaw 1) Pray for Boonchiaw to have a clear sign from God as he is sensing that God is leading him to reach out to the people at Trang, South Thailand. 2) Pray for Boonchiaw and the few church members from God is Good Church, Chonburi, as they travel to Bueng Kan from 16 27 June 2017 to facilitate T4T training and teach the doctrines of Jesus Christ. John Lim 1) Pray for God s guidance and leading as John and the Pastors of Rangsit Methodist Church review the policies and vision of the church to reach out to the residents within the vicinity. 2) Pray for the ILI team to continue to burn with passion to train and multiply disciples to quicken the spread of the gospel to the borders of China and Laos. East Asia Songs 1) Praise God Susan s younger brother, Thomas, received Jesus into his life on 22nd May 2017. He was able to sleep deeply for the first time in many months. Pray that he will have the courage to confess his faith in Christ publicly and to give God all the Glory. 2) Pray for three of the TAN-NW wives, June, Mary & Helen, who have been struggling with health issues, compounded by the harsh living environment of their field location.
Anna Joy 1) Pray for the time Anna Joy will reconnect and recuperate in Singapore during her 6 months home assignment from June to December 2017. 2) Pray for a meaningful diving trip with Anna s sons. SKI 1) Pray for the university as it has opted to go independent instead of surrendering the university to the government. Pray for new students to enroll in the university or else the government will stop assigning students to the university resulting in loss of funding and eventual closure. 2) Pray for the university to find a local person of integrity, one who is God fearing so that the university land deeds can be transferred to this person. Eve 1) Pray for Eve as she reflects on God s goodness and faithfulness as she comes to the end of her 2 years in Japan. 2) Pray for Eve as she desires to mobilize PLMC worshippers to go to Japan on a missions trip. Pray for the people to turn to Jesus, finding peace in His Word and hope for the future. 2) Pray for the sister and others who are still missing.
