The ther fur Grace Identities (Grw, Reach, Adre, and Engage) will flw ut f the Life Grup s preeminent purpse: the family f Gd living as the family f Gd. ONE SENTENCE JOB DESCIRIPTION Life Grup leaders cultivate a welcming and safe envirnment where peple can grw in their relatinships with thers and with Jesus. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Shepherding: Care fr the peple in yur grup. A safe and welcming envirnment is the #1 sught-after characteristic in a Life Grup amng bth peple wh attend grups and peple wh dn t attend grups he/she makes peple feel cmfrtable and welcme in the grup. Key Wrds: transparency, safety, grace, hspitality, understanding, and care. 2. Administrating: Cmmunicate clearly t the peple in yur grup.
