I have already had to turn down two requests since receiving this news. If you wish to help restock the fund, no matter how small the amount, I invite you to place a check or cash in an envelope in the offering plate and mark it clearly: MINISTER'S DISCRETIONARY FUND on the memo line of your check or on the front of an offering envelope. Most of our church expenses are approximately the same amount each month, even during the summer months. Just as we have to make plans for our vacation or trips during the summer, please also include your church giving in those plans. You can mail your offering in or make it up on a Sunday before you leave or after you return. Remember that ONLINE GIVING IS AVAILABLE thru our church website, www.lewisvilleumc.org and can be accessed from anywhere you have an internet connection. Thank you for your faithful giving.
