TERMS AND CONDIT 1. The appointment will be made on contract for a minimum period of one years in the first instances. 2. The contract appointee will be paid fixed emoluments @ 19,125/- Per month. The contract appointee will be entitled for increase in contractualemoluments @ 3% for further extended years and no other allied benefits suchas senior / selection scales and NPA etc. shall be given. 3. The service of the contract appointee will be purely on temporary basis. The appointment is liable to b terminated in case the performance/conduct of the contract appointee is not found satisfactory 4. The private practice of any kind, whatsoever, is strictly prohibited 5. The contractual appointment shall not confer any right to incumbent for the regularization in service at any stage. 6. The contracted s will be entitled for one day casual leave after putting one month's service. This leave can be accumulated up to one year. No leave of any other kind is admissible to the contra appointee He/She shall not be entitled for Medical Re-imbursement and LTC etc. Only maternity leave will be given as per rules 7. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the Controlling Officer shall automatically lead to the termination of the contract. The contract appointee shall not be entitled for contractual amount for the perio of absence from duty. 8. An officer appointed on contract basis who have completed three years tenure at one place of posting will be eligible for transfer on need based basis wherever required on administrative grounds. 9. Selected candidate will have to submit a certificate of his/her fitness from a Government authorized/registered Medical Practitioner. Women candidate pregnant beyond 16 weeks will stand temporarily unfit ti the confinement is over. The women candidate will be re-examined for the fitness from Government authorized/registered Medical practitioner. Further, 10 days Medical leave and 5 days Special leave may also be granted. No other kind of leave except above is admissible to the contract appointee. 10. Contract appointee will be entitled for TA/DA if required to go on tour in connection with his/her officia duties at the same rate as applicable to regular at the Minimum of Pay Scale. 11. The selected candidate shall have to submit a declaration to the effect that he /she has not/shall not have more than one living spouse/shall not marry a person who has a living spouse 12. The selected candidate shall have to produce the character certificate from 1st Class Magistrate and on oath of allegiance /faithfulness to the Constitution of India or making sole affirmation to that effect while joining the service. 13. If the degree/any related document(s) of any selected candidate(s) is/are found fake at the time, his services shall automatically stand terminated and he/she shall be liable for penal action under the law. 14. The selected candidates have to sign an agreement of his /her contract appointment with the Employer before joining the service. 15. The appointment shall be subject to medical fitness from a Medical Board constituted by the Government of Himachal Pradesh for this purpose at Zonal & Distt. Hospitals. If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to him, he should report for duty at his respective place of posting on or before 7th,February,2015 after getting Medical fitness Certificate to District Ayurvedic Officer concerned, failing which the offer shall stand automatically cancelled.they would also required to execute Contract Agreement in duplicate on above.
