Internal Tableegh: India Office The WF India Office has begun its work in the Mumbai area. The Office hosted a series of ten lectures in Mumbai at a host of different centres and venues.

Internal Tableegh: India Office The Office also facilitated the distribution of gifts to young students of the Qur an, for their encouragement and support.

Internal Tableegh: Qum Office The Madinah and Bab Youth Courses: attracted 60 young people from across the world students came from Europe, North America, Africa, Pakistan and Dubai a wonderful course of Islamic subjects and a journey of inspiration and spiritual awakening

Internal Tableegh: Qum Office Madinah and Bab Youth Courses

Internal Tableegh: Qum Office Madinah and Bab Youth Courses: excerpts from the participants experiences: As the sky slowly turned a lovely shade of red and yellow during sunrise, we reflected on a Quranic verse regarding the signs of Allah (swt). It was a beautiful moment of heartfelt reflection at the haram of Lady Masuma (as) and it was an uplifting experience unlike any other I had ever experienced. Sister Fatima Siraj - Karachi

Internal Tableegh: Qum Office Today early in the morning, we once again went to the Haram for Fajr prayers. The feeling of awe of meeting Bibi Masooma (as) once again washed over us and after Fajr salaat we proceeded to give our salaams to Lady Masooma. Tears flowed down our faces as we repented for our sins and asked our hajaat Sister Zainab Alimohammed Dar es Salaam

Internal Tableegh: Qum Office I had so much to think about... What an unforgettable experience this whole trip has been. I will hold the memories and feelings in my heart forever. Sister Tayyaba Merali - Peterborough

Internal Tableegh: Qum Office Mrs Mazhar requested to convey her deepest appreciation to everyone involved to all the lecturers who went to great lengths to enlighten her children spiritually and covered a wide range of topics; from Halal and Haram to rules of Salah and Fasting to moral values of reciting Duas. They feel enriched not only due to all the information provided but also for answers to their queries. The young participants are full of praise for each and every one they encountered during their trip all the lecturers, mentors and fellow participants from different parts of the world. Their only regret was that they could not stay longer Message from the mother of two participants - Germany

Internal Tableegh: Mentor Scheme This year, four mentors were appointed to accompany the group. The mentoring system is an excellent way of recruiting and developing volunteers. One mentor has been appointed for the role of Project Manager of the short course as a result of this investment.

Internal Tableegh: CPD A CPD programme for Africa has been agreed for the end of 2012. This excellent initiative will take place in a number of jamaats in partnership with AFTAB.

Internal Tableegh: Media Resources Further instalments of the Mulla Asghar lecture series have been launched:

Madrasah The work-streams have identified their plans of action and the resources they will require. Teacher training has begun with Peterborough Madrasah. Other sessions are planned for Birmingham and Dubai.

Madrasah A job advert for a Madrasah Head has been put out on newswire. Once the Head has been appointed, the Retreat Action Plan will be put into full flow. An agreement was reached at the Retreat with the regional federations that for the Action Plan to be successful, WF-IE will be liaise with madaris directly.

Madrasah: GCSE A new-look manual has been produced on the GCSE subjects. The approach is a professional and attractive manual for both teachers and students. A training programme has been designed for community schools in East Africa for October 2011.

Madrasah: GCSE

Publications A new title Spouse Selection is due to be launched in the next few weeks. Other titles in the pipeline include: Anecdotes for Reflection volume 4 Nabi Yusuf Sacred Effusion volume 2

Publications The recently published Message of the Qur an volume 1 and Sacred Effusion have been very well received. Regions are requested to enhance the marketing of this title to enable it to reach grassroots.

Marketing WF Resources Many community members advise that the marketing of these resources is inadequate in their jamaats and centres. We appeal to regional federations to ensure the marketing takes place effectively.

External Tableegh: BMMK Islamic Education will once again sponsor a short course for BMMK Muballigheen in December 2011. This will become an annual event.
