PUBLIC RELATIONS No report NEWSLETTER No report. NCM AMBASSADOR No report WEBMASTER Don Pennell asked Bruce Rickenbach if someone else could post information to the GDCC website. The answer was no. This opened up other issues about the website. They are: Some members are having trouble logging on to the site and the members only section. Members having trouble should send Bruce an e-mail to GDCC@MEINET.COM. Can the members only section be eliminated? Bruce indicated that if this is what members want, it can t be done overnight. Can anyone send pictures for posting? Should pictures be posted on the public site or members only site? Should pictures of parties such as the Christmas party or others at a private residence be posted on the public site? Whose responsibility is it to approve what pictures are posted? Events such as the fundraiser at City Barbecue and the Kettering at Home parade should be posted for outsiders to know what we are involved with. Bruce stated that the website is updated weekly. He also indicated that the members only section posts the GDCC constitution, by-laws, and newsletters. Ken Huff suggested that Bruce show the capabilities of the website at a future meeting. Bruce said that he can do this but would need wireless access. Judy Smith motioned that the issue with posting pictures on the website be tabled until the December meeting. This is an issue that we as a club should think through. Don Pennell seconded the motion. Motion carried. PRESIDENT S REPORT Freddie received a thank you from Larry Kopa for the flowers. Larry also thanked club members for the cards and flowers he received.
