Confirmation by the Sea January 26-28, 2018 Overview SUMA Confirmation Retreat is designed to complement the confirmation ministry offered through your local church for students ages 10-13. We understand that often times this retreat is the highlight of confirmation season. Thus it has been designed to be holistic and comprehensive. However, in order for this experience to be spiritually formative, the planning team has moved to a 3-year model. Each year our campers will receive history/polity, means of grace, Wesleyan view of Scripture, and Missional training. We want to make sure each child has room to grow at his/her own pace. The three-year-cycle is Worship, Discipleship, and Missions. This year our focus is Worship. We will be immersing our campers in what it means to worship Jesus with our lives. Come take advantage of our connection and create a wider community where we learn together what it means to follow Christ in the United Methodist tradition. Cost and Registration The cost of the Confirmation Retreat is $115 per attendant. Please mail your forms along with your $50 non-refundable deposit per person to our office by January 3, 2018.
