If they had listened to the warning, they could have saved their lives. 6 But if the watchman sees the enemy coming and doesn t sound the alarm to warn the people, he is responsible for their captivity. They will die in their sins, but I will hold the watchman responsible for their deaths. You re hearing a lot today about radical Islam. Granted that label is one that the West has invented to try to differentiate the Muslim world from unexplainable elements within the Muslim world. And so we hear about Muslims, moderate Muslims, and of course radical Muslims. First off - Let s understand that when you hear the word Radical, like radical Islam or radical whatever you re describing something or someone as being truly devoted to the root. The word Radical simply means The root or to be the most pure in origin. For example if you are a radical Christian then your aim is to be like Jesus Christ. Unfortunately for the world - - If you are a radical Muslim your goal is to be just like Mohammed. Meaning - to be the purest most authentic follower of who you swear allegiance to. I m proud this morning to say that I make every effort to be the most radical Christian I can be. This means that my goal is to love like Jesus, to help others like Jesus, and care for others, even my enemies just like Jesus taught me. Any true and devoted Muslim believes the same about their leader, in this case the man Mohammed. Mohammed was and is the father of the Islamic State. I.S. is nothing new; it is some 1400 years old - having begun in 624 A.D. Now if you ve been educated by CNN or our present-day University campuses you ve been taught that the Islamic violence and it s pursuit to destroy Israel is a modern-day affair, something new, that came about on May 14, 1948 with the rebirth of the nation of Israel and the Jewish state. Contrary to what your kid is being taught at University; If Israel is the Issue - - Then why from the very inception of Islam by Mohammed has it been at war with everybody since 624?
