This is one of a few books ont the market that helps students follow up a ministry project by learning how to catching the wave of God s activity once they get back home. This is an excellent book to help students return from projects ready to do ministry instead of letting their ministry enthusiasm die. (Bethany House) Compassionate Kids Jim Hancock lists dozens of practical ideas and resources to involve your students in mission and service. This book will help you kids transform compassion into action. Its three main sections deal with the importance of modeling a mission mindset to students, the need of mission exposure for students, and the ministry experience that should result from this modeling and exposure. Stepping Out $6.95 This is the newer paperback edition of the original Guide to Short-Term Mission Experiences. This book is primarily for individuals who are thinking about a three-month to two-year short-term ministry project. This would be a great follow-up book for older high school or college age students who are considering missions as a vocational option.
