JOSEPH PARISH, QUINCY MA Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, May the Lord give us His peace. These lazy days of summer have been anything but that for our Collaborative Family. Although, I am looking forward to taking some vacation at the beginning of August. Some of my best friends come up from Louisiana each August and we spend a week together up in Maine with other mutual friends of ours. But until then, there is lots to share! :) Visitation 20:20: These gatherings have been very fruitful for myself and Fr. Joseph. We are so grateful for the generosity of our hosts. We hope that more of you will consider joining a gathering in the next few weeks. The conversations have been very interesting and has provided all of us an opportunity to get to know people in our parish (that we only knew by face) and to learn about the history of our parish. So please come!! Memorial Donation: The Altar Bread for the week of July 15th has been donated in memory of Joseph Doyle. If you would like to make a donation for the altar bread and wine for a week in memory of a loved one or for a special intention, the donation for the week is $25.00 for the bread and $25.00 for the wine. Please contact the rectory. Please remember in your prayers all our friends and relatives who passed away recently. May their soul and the Souls of all the Faithful Departed Rest In Peace. Amen.
