A team ministry takes affect at the Shrewsbury Parish. Pastoral matters should be directed to Fr Edmund and Fr Tony while matters of house administration should be directed to Fr Andrew. We welcome Jeffrey, Michael, Oliver and Sean to the House of Discernment. We also welcome Deacon Andrew Morrow who joins the clergy team. LENT 24 Hours For The Lord as requested by the Holy Father to take place in every diocese will begin at the on Saturday 10th March with Mass celebrated by the Bishop, followed by exposition of the Blessed Sacrament all afternoon, concluding with Benediction at 4pm. Confessions will be offered when priests are available. Stations of the Cross will be prayed at 11.30am every Friday and after 8.30am Sunday Mass in the and at Our Lady of Pity every Thursday at 9.10am throughout the season of Lent. Confirmation 2018: We invite all young people in year 8 and move who have been baptised into the Catholic faith to take part in our programme of preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
