Arlington News and Events Chili Cook-off and Fellowship Tonight at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be awarded. Church will furnish soft drinks and water. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board by the kitchen for members to bring toppings, desserts etc. Please come and enjoy this time of fellowship and bring your best chili! Thanks to all the Youth who helped serve Saturday night and to Deborah, Jaymie, Phillip, and Elaine for preparing the wonderful meal. Everyone had a good time. WELL DONE! Senior Adult Committee Church family, anyone who wants to bring snacks for the Homeless Shelter, their will be a box for you to put then in on the table outside the choir room, Little Debbie snacks, individual chips, etc. Thanks for your help with this outreach project. We are currently in need of food for children, cereal, pop tarts, canned meats, mac and cheese, ramen noodles, canned pasta, (spaghetti, or ravioli etc.) Kid friendly foods. Also, bring can tabs for Ministry of the Ronald McDonald Houses. Plus used stamps for donation to literature of other languages. February is WMU Focus Week of Programs & Ministries throughout NC. This is a great opportunity for us to reach out to others across Rocky Mount and surrounding cities and invite them to our church. We will provide light refreshments and have a lunch brought in for $ 5 a person that day. Please plan to attend and be praying about who you would invite! This is a 6 week study that will cover the struggle in Ephesus, learning how to pursue holiness in Christ, and being strong in Christ.
