United Redeemer Lutheran Church 560 West 3 rd Street Zumbrota, MN 55992 507-732-7303 Mailing Name Address City, State zip Carrier Route November 25, 2015 Dear Friends, It is time for us to fund God s Mission at URLC for another year. We are asking you to prayerfully consider the gifts you have to offer; your special abilities, your time, and your financial commitment. Ponder how you can be generous with your gifts. Enclosed you will find the Sharing & Serving 2016 forms and the Intent of Giving 2016 form. We invite you to complete the Sharing & Serving form for each member of your family. Encourage your young adults, teenagers and children to consider filling out the form too. They are highly valued at URLC and have many gifts to offer too. The Intent of Giving form is your opportunity to financially commit to the good works of URLC. We ask you to carefully consider your commitment and we encourage you to increase your giving in the coming year by 1% over your 2015 commitment. The Growth in Giving Chart enclosed can guide you in your decision. Please return the completed forms to the church either by mail or in the offering plate on or before December 13 th, 2015. We want to thank you for your past financial support, commitments of time and energy to URLC. Your generosity has helped URLC to work and grow in God s image. Thank you for your continued support. It takes all of us working together to realize God s plan for URLC. In God s Glory, The Mission Support Committee Carlene Lawler Linda Pahl Lori Rauen Mary Goplen Please Return the Sharing & Serving 2016 form and Intent of Giving 2016 card on or before December 13, 2015.

INTENT OF GIVING 2016 - GENEROSITY IN GIVING EXPLANATION OF FUNDS Operation Fund; Your support of the Operating Fund enables URLC to carry out its many programs and benevolences. Property (Capital Improvement) Fund; Your support to this fund helps to repair and maintain the property as needed INTENT OF GIVING Q&A Q: How do I make a commitment? A: Return the yellow Intent of Giving 2016 card to the church office, with your offering, or in the offering plate. Q: How do I meet my commitment? A: By making weekly, monthly or yearly contributions. Q: What are my giving options? A: Cash, Check, or Electronic Giving. Online, in person, or via US postage. All gifts are welcome! Thank you for supporting the important ministries of URLC with your financial commitment. Your annual pledge helps us forecast, with confidence, the level of financial support our congregation will receive in the year ahead. It is through the pledges and contributions of our members that we are able to carry on our work here at United Redeemer Lutheran Church. As you consider your pledge, we remind you that we offer Electronic Giving as a way to automate your offerings. It is convenient for you and provides much-needed consistency for the church. Collection basket offerings can fluctuate significantly from week to week but when contributions are automated, the church receives funds on a steady, uninterrupted basis. Please visit the church website at www.urlchurch.org and click on Giving (or use your phone to scan the QR code on this page) to set up how you want to make contributions. Or if you wish, you may also complete a paper authorization form and return it to the church office.
