AVERY: If I could just have another minute, Your Honor. I don't quite have all my papers in order. The reason I don't quite have all my papers in order is a subject on which I would like to address the Court. I don't know, perhaps other counsel addressed this during'the time I,r9as absent, and if it is redun- dant, then I would apologize. I have to say I see no reason whatsoever for counsel in this case to be subjected to having their briefcases gone through in the excruciating detail in which our briefcases are examined as we come into this courtroom. I stood out there for several minutes while this was done. Of course, my briefcases had already

I don't know very,'rnuch about the brigade, other than it was a group of individuals that traveled to Cuba frequently. Q. And there is a reference here to the PSP, which you understood was the Puerto Rican Socialist Party; did you not? A. Yes. I Q. And you know that that's a legal political party
