The Voice From The Temple TM THE TEMPLE OF THE PRESENCE Dictations of the Ascended Masters November 12, 2017 Gautama Buddha Tucson, Arizona Seven Sacred Weeks in the Love Star Retreat Within the depths of your being resides the Threefold Flame, the burning Fire of the Holy of Holies of the Presence of God. As the Lord of the World, I, Gautama, am given the Honor and Responsibility to hold the Vision and the streaming Consciousness of my own Momentum on this Activity of the Light and Fire of God, so that every Son and Daughter of God might know that their Name, their spiritual Name, and their Identity in the Fullness of their own God Presence is known by me, is held, consciously, as the Identity of the Individualization of God that desires to be and to express more of that God Identity. When the signal comes to the attention of my Heart Flame that there are those individual students ready to receive a greater Charge of that Light and Momentum of the Fire of God, the consideration is also raised in my Consciousness as well as all who serve on the Secret Love Star as to whether the planetary cycle warrants the stepping up of that Fire, that a greater balance might be held for the Earth by the Hierarchy of the Secret Love Star. We look to see if a Dispensation can be allotted for a greater Momentum so that all the Sons and Daughters of God on Earth might truly begin to experience more of the Christ Light within their outer consciousness. Our deliberations ofttimes incorporate your Initiations as well as the cycles of Attainment of the whole of the body of lightbearers upon the Earth. Much is taken into consideration. For such Dispensation is not governed by one person s individual Attainment or Mastery, but by that

of the whole of the family of the Sons and Daughters of God. During the cycles of deliberation of the Cosmic Councils, we look at whether or not there has been a prominent striving toward God. Has there been the ability of many to put aside their human degradations and the misuse of the Light and begin to right their path and their cycles toward a greater Purity, a greater Harmony, a greater Momentum in the Virtues of the Christ? For the human consciousness to look out upon the Earth and weigh the circumstances going on, it would at first blush seem that surely all was lost upon the Earth, citing many behaviors that are practiced far and wide that do not rise to the level of the vibration which would demonstrate that the Threefold Flame of the Heart is truly being exercised, consciously or unconsciously, by the Sons and Daughters of God. You, as students of the Ascended Master Teachings, are most aware of the many Dispensations that have come forth in the past in connection with the Secret Love Star. You have been the recipient of its Charge and Momentum, setting you into a spinning action of the Violet Flame to consume the records of your past, accelerating the White Fire of the Mother Light to course through the spinal altar, and of course, accelerating your own ability to garner greater Wisdom, having been taught and then experiencing the very Teaching, Light, Momentum, and loving Hand of God that the Ascended Masters have shared with you. Throughout history, the record stands that there are many times when the demands of the outer circumstances in one s life tend to tear them away from the reality of that which is most important. Throughout this coming cycle, you will be reminded of those recalcitrant areas of your consciousness that you need to draw to the fore and bathe with the Light of your own Threefold Flame to have the greater expression of the Holy of Holies of your own Holy Christ Presence in your life. In doing so, the bathing of that Light and the acceleration will allow you to drink in more of the Secret Love Star that will be imparted during this cycle. Certainly, the Cosmic Beings who serve on the Outpouring of the Love Star will be focusing their Momentum and their Consciousness directly upon your lifestream, each and every one. As you enter into the Seven Sacred Weeks leading to the culmination of the Dispensation of the Secret Love Star as the capstone of your Attainment throughout this cycle, the glorious achievement will be known by you. For you will have embraced, 2

fully and completely, each cycle in accordance with Cosmic Law and the Divine and Holy Teaching coming forth to prepare you for your Victory. As many of you are already most aware and could testify to your own experiences in the Light, certain past Dispensations have come forth and have electrified your vehicles of consciousness, stripping away momentums of misperception, of wrong thinking, of misdeeds, and activities that do not rise to the level of the Virtues of the Christ. You know full well how powerfully these Dispensations have accelerated you into a closer Communion with your own God Presence! Then this Dispensation of the Seven Sacred Weeks, blessed ones, should bring great Joy to your lifestream! For you know that when there is a more than ordinary opportunity for you to engage in the Light, the Masters do not disappoint! They do not hold back! They bathe you in the full embrace of their Momentum! I have been given the honor to announce this upcoming cycle so that you could have the conscious ability to prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically. In doing so, you would want to consider what is really important to your life. What are your highest priorities? Where is there room for God? What are the wasted energies of your day that could be put toward expanding the Light of God within your own consciousness? Consider this coming cycle as an opportunity to enter into a sabbatical, if you will, with your Mighty I AM Presence. Oh, of course it is a busy time! But when is it not busy in your life? When are you not presented with many things that you can put your attention upon? Certainly the Angelic Kingdom is the busiest during this cycle of the year, for there are more lifestreams that have a tendency to put their attention upon the Angels even when their day-to-day practices throughout the rest of the year ignore them and God! So our Angels do take full advantage of the opportunity to share the Light and the Body Consciousness of God throughout this cycle. Now, the time has come for the stepping-up of the Secret Love Star on the Earth by all those Cosmic Beings who serve in their various capacities of holding the Charge of Light, the Momentum, the God Consciousness, so that the Sons and Daughters of God might continue to strive within their own Threefold Flame to enter into Holy Communion with the Secret Love Star. 3

Oh yes, there are so many lifestreams upon the planet who do not know of the Mighty I AM Presence. There are some who only turn their attention toward my Flame, drawing upon the chants of ages past and meditating upon the Flame of the Buddha. Do you suppose that practice invalidates the Flame upon the Altar of their Heart, or prevents them from searching for the Presence of my Flame? I AM an Ascended Being, and when their consciousness touches the Flame of the Buddha, they are touching the Flame of the Allness of the Presence of God. So you see, blessed ones, even those who follow a path that does not embrace the Ascended Master Teachings, the I AM Presence, or any of the Cosmic Law that you have learned, they are still counted among the Sons and Daughters of God that we serve and choose to elevate and draw closer to their own God Presence. It is important to understand this so that as you encounter those engaged in other religious studies you will not become so rigid that you do not accept them as part of the Family of God within the Allness of the Mighty I AM Presence. And yet it does not mean that you draw the unreality, the negative substances, the psychism, or all manner of their human creation into your lifestream. Your Presence in the Allness of God knows where the Light must stream forth, as do the Ascended and Cosmic Beings. And even if the outer vehicles are not prepared, the Mighty I AM Presence still receives the Charge. Then the Mighty I AM Presence lowers that Charge into the Office of the Holy Christ Presence. It is then up to the Wisdom of the Christ to know when the vibration of the outer vehicles can come under the God Command and willing surrender to the God Presence. At that moment of readiness there is the full depositing of all that we intend to come forth for that one. When the Threefold Flame is ablaze constantly throughout your waking and sleeping, day in and day out for years upon years it holds open the door for you to step through into the Inner Realms. Surely, if we afford your Heart Flame the opportunity to expand its Activity, its Momentum, would it not be the wisest course for those who have gained in Illumination, the Will of God, the Love of God to be allowed to have more of that Threefold Activity to displace their human creation as well? This cycle is just such an opportunity for the acceleration and expansion of the Threefold Flame that abides upon the Altar of the Heart of the Sons and Daughters of God. This expansion will be incrementally greater than has occurred in the past! You have heard of the diminishing of the Crystal Cord 4

Light over eons of time because of the misuse of the Light. In this upcoming cycle the governing authority for this expansion of your Threefold Flame shall be your own Mighty I AM Presence! For this acceleration and charge will be held in the Fullness of its God Command so that each individual s Heart Flame will experience the Fullness that their Presence desires, their Presence wills, their Presence in Charity and Love streams forth. Perhaps you have thought in the past that personal karmic merit always governs such expansion. But this is not so when superseded by a planetary Dispensation intended to bless the entire Earth! Surely, on an individual basis, there are those opportunities when disciples and initiates on the Path have entered into a greater Communion and Holiness, thus, allowing the Flame upon the Altar of their Heart to expand to meet the very Vibration and Harmony, Peace, Wisdom, and Attainment that they are exercising. But what I AM speaking of is the streaming forth worldwide of a greater Momentum of the Threefold Flame Activity from my Heart, as Lord of the World, so that there can be a stepping-up of the Coming- To-Be of the Christ in manifestation. And there will be those countless millions of lifestreams ready to receive it, regardless of their persuasions, their cultural activities, their religious pursuits. For it will be determined by their Presence in accordance with the intent of their Heart as it is put into activity in their day-to-day life. Each of the Sacred Weeks will be a new opportunity, another spin of the Threefold Flame in the Action that comes forth from the Secret Love Star to greater facilitate the culmination of the Victory at the close of the cycle. This cycle will begin on the next Sabbath, but the preparation for the coming of the Momentum of the Secret Love Star must begin today with the depositing of a greater portion of the Threefold Flame within the Presence for each incarnate lifestream. This means, blessed ones, that I, Gautama, with the fingers of my Mind, my Heart, and my Momentum in the Consciousness of God will know each lifestream even more intimately, here and now, within this acceleration. It will bring to bear a greater hunger for understanding within the consciousness of those who are able to hear, to internalize, and to know of this Teaching and Dispensation meaning that more will be expected of you. For you are already aware! You can prepare! You can strive to meet my Light and my Consciousness as the Buddha! 5

Oh, there will be those among you who find yourselves caught up in your own worldly concerns that will say: Maybe another day. Not today. I do not have any more energy left to strive for any more attunement with the Presence of God. Do you see the fallacy of that excuse? You have all the energy that is held within the Allness of God at your disposal when you enter into Communion with the Presence of God. What is the struggle, the burden, the difficulty that remains within the outer consciousness? It is the lack of the Violet Flame. It is the lack of the priority of putting God first. It is the inability to look beyond one s human ego and human desires. For unless you surrender to the Heart of God, you do not have enough striving of your Heart Flame to leap into the outer vehicles to displace that human creation, to transmute it, and to make room for the expansion of the Light of your own Threefold Flame! I have so much to impart that I have desired to invite you to my Retreat so that throughout this cycle you may be refreshed in the Charge of my Teaching and Instruction, but even more, you may have the acceleration that is available to you of the Threefold Activity and Flame upon the Altar of your own Heart. There are those who think that the Buddha only sits in meditation and contemplation. And truly, I do. But I AM also able to teach and instruct, to receive you, and to hold you in the embrace of my Heart to transfer to you the Consciousness of the Buddhic Web that you require, that will knit together the Mind of your Mighty I AM Presence within this Buddhic Web to impart to your outer consciousness the Fullness of what you require, what you must by necessity embrace, and how you must enter into Fearlessness, Faith, Hope, Charity! All this, blessed ones, so that the Presence of God may abide where you are and expand that Presence! Perhaps you think you have already arrived. To that I say: Oh, you foolish mortal, you have not even begun! You have barely touched the hem of the Garment of your Presence. From time to time during our Dictations and Discourses you have received a downpour of Light and Momentum! And on occasion, you have been enlightened enough to recognize the Truth of Cosmic Law that has been taught from this Altar. But, blessed ones, until you stand, day in and day out, in the overshadowing of the Holy Christ Presence and every thought, word, and deed that passes through this outer vehicle that you wear holds to the level of the Vibration of the Holy Christ 6

Presence until then you have much to learn. And you cannot cease your learning until the Ascension in the Light, for that is the culmination of the true Victory of all of your striving! This Dispensation of the Seven Sacred Weeks comes forth today by my Momentum for and on behalf of the Threefold Flame of the Hearts of the Sons and Daughters of God, to assist you not only in fulfilling that ultimate Victory of the Ascension in the Light, but so you are able to receive all our Dispensations, consciously, actively participating in the Secret Love Star and with all those who love the Flame of God within you so dearly. I, Gautama, seal you in my Love, in my Wisdom, and in the Will of God that streams forth to your Heart Flame! Abide within and keep the watch until the fulfillment of all your days has come to the final Victorious achievement of the Ascension in the Light! Om Purusha! Gautama Buddha 7
