Bench possibly with Shirley Stanley s name on it. 3 Ministry Scheduler Pro Leader: Jack / 5 mins How is it going? adding musician and cantor adding additional (special) masses -Added presider. Included Ash Wednesday Masses -trial period ends this month and the general consensus is to keep moving forward with it -explore the option of text messaging at an additional cost of $120/year. Students would prefer this. into the environment -ambo candle removed for season, prefer to bring back Music changes -fit in a little note in the bottom of the worship aids about Turn Away from Sin by Manalo 5 Feedback: Ash Wednesday Leader: Kevin R / 5 mins Morning prayer - non-denominational (all traditions): 8:05am Masses: 6:30 am, Noon, 7 pm Ashes distributed around campus (all traditions): 10:42 am & 2:12 pm -great attendance at all three of the Masses as well as participation with the music -6:30am half-full, noon and 7 pm were full with students and other adults -around 180 students received in at the times of distribution around campus 6 Upcoming: Bishop s Mass (Feb 25th) Leader: Carol / 5 mins Presiding at 7 pm Mass -All paperwork completed and okay -Pizzas after Mass to keep students around a little bit for meet/greet with the Bishop; members of Parish Council (particularly the students) should get the word out in the residence halls 7 Upcoming: Campus-wide Stations of the Cross Leader: Fr. Mike / 5 mins Wednesday, March 7th at 6:15 pm -Carol, Jason Salsbury, & Fr. Mike have been planning this -They will be carrying the large cross around and within campus, -Follow up w/fr. Mike / 5 mins March 10-19th 9-day Novena Daily Mass (noon) throughout week, followed by Novena prayers St. Joseph statue moving into church March 17th, Bishop Ricken will be presiding March 19th is the Solemnity of St. Joseph - Mass is 4:30 pm (Carol is working with Fr. Andrew) Candle stand next to Ambo Initial planning meeting was 2/15 (Carol to report) - Follow up meeting scheduled with Paul Mashl for technical needs - Discuss to try to get our people involved in the music and let the selection be some things that we typically sing -the candle stands at the ambo and the altar should Match -the cost for the wrought iron stand originally discussed would be covered by the donor -the stands suggested by Kerry wouldn t match existing stands.
