Kingdom of YAH OF HOSTS NATIONAL FLAG 01/07/2009 Kingdom OF YAH OF HOSTS Ambassador Michael Israel A Message from Ambassador Israel Concerning Tithes and Offerings: I send you greetings in the name of the Most High; Yah of Hosts. I am addressing the Nation of Israel exiled throughout the world, but in particular those souls sojourning within the United States, United States of America. This letter is to be considered my official position in regards to the asking, taking or soliciting of money in the form of tithes and or offerings. I have purposed in my soul to do the will of the Most High Yah as best that I am able. I have been sharing knowledge that I feel Yah has placed into my heart and soul for over twenty years. I have done this WITHOUT requiring any form of monetary contribution that is normally called tithes and offerings. I am going to share my personal reasons and observations as to why I have not asked for money though it is common for ministers, pastors, priests, rabbis, and the like to openly and freely ask for support of their various places of worship. The book of Jeremiah in particular the 23 rd chapter was ingrained into my mind at an early age. Yah himself expresses His hot hatred for those of whom choose and took upon themselves to Sheppard the flock of Israel without His expressed consent; please consider the following; Deuteronomy_28:29 At midday you will grope about like a blind man in the dark. You will be unsuccessful in everything you do; day after day you will be oppressed and robbed, with no one to rescue you As the whole 28 th chapter of Deuteronomy is quoted many times by teachers and scholars the point should have been made that this chapter deals with the people mostly known as blacks, but are known by those of us whose eyes are open as the Hebrew Israelites. The above scripture tells us that these people while in slavery would be under two constant conditions; 1.) Oppression 2.) Being robbed Since this is the case, the logical question should come to mind, to who are the scriptures referring to that are oppressing and robbing Yah s people? Jeremiah 23 The Righteous Descendant Page 1 of 7

What sorrow awaits the leaders of my people the shepherds of my sheep for they have destroyed and scattered the very ones they were expected to care for, says Yah. 2 Therefore, this is what Yah, the God of Israel, says to these shepherds: Instead of caring for my flock and leading them to safety, you have deserted them and driven them to destruction. Now I will pour out judgment on you for the evil you have done to them. 3 But I will gather together the remnant of my flock from the countries where I have driven them. I will bring them back to their own sheepfold, and they will be fruitful and increase in number. 4 Then I will appoint responsible shepherds who will care for them, and they will never be afraid again. Not a single one will be lost or missing. I, Yah have spoken! 5 For the time is coming, says Yah, when I will raise up a righteous descendant from King David s line. He will be a King who rules with wisdom. He will do what is just and right throughout the land. 6 And this will be his name: Yah Is Our Righteousness. In that day Judah will be saved, and Israel will live in safety. 7 In that day, says Yah, when people are taking an oath, (Covenant) they will no longer say, As surely as Yah lives, who rescued the people of Israel from the land of Egypt. 8 Instead, they will say, As surely as Yah lives, who brought the people of Israel back to their own land from the land of the north and from all the countries to which he had exiled them. Then they will live in their own land. Judgment on False Prophets 9 My heart is broken because of the false prophets, and my bones tremble. I stagger like a drunkard, like someone overcome by wine, because of the holy words Yah has spoken against them. 10 For the land is full of adultery, and it lies under a curse. The land itself is in mourning its wilderness pastures are dried up. For they all do evil and abuse what power they have. 11 Even the priests and prophets are ungodly, wicked men. I have seen their despicable acts right here in my own Temple, says Yah. 12 Therefore, the paths they take will become slippery. They will be chased through the dark, and there they will fall. For I will bring disaster upon them at the time fixed for their punishment. I, Yah, have spoken! 13 I saw that the prophets of Samaria were terribly evil, for they prophesied in the name of Baal Page 2 of 7

and led my people of Israel into sin. 14 But now I see that the prophets of Jerusalem are even worse! They commit adultery and love dishonesty. They encourage those who are doing evil so that no one turns away from their sins. These prophets are as wicked as the people of Sodom and Gomorrah once were. 15 Therefore, this is what Yah of Heaven s Armies says concerning the prophets: I will feed them with bitterness and give them poison to drink. For it is because of Jerusalem s prophets that wickedness has filled this land. 16 This is what Yah of Heaven s Armies says to his people: Do not listen to these prophets when they prophesy to you, filling you with futile hopes. They are making up everything they say. They do not speak for Yah! 17 They keep saying to those who despise my word, Don t worry! Yah says you will have peace! And to those who stubbornly follow their own desires, they say, No harm will come your way! 18 Have any of these prophets been in Yah s presence to hear what he is really saying? Has even one of them cared enough to listen? 19 Look! Yah s anger bursts out like a storm, a whirlwind that swirls down on the heads of the wicked. 20 The anger of Yah will not diminish until it has finished all he has planned. In the days to come you will understand all this very clearly. 21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they run around claiming to speak for me. I have given them no message, yet they go on prophesying. 22 If they had stood before me and listened to me, they would have spoken my words, and they would have turned my people from their evil ways and deeds. 23 Am I a God who is only close at hand? says Yah. No, I am far away at the same time. 24 Can anyone hide from me in a secret place? Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and earth? says Yah. 25 I have heard these prophets say, Listen to the dream I had from Yah last night. And then they proceed to tell lies in my name. 26 How long will this go on? If they are prophets, they are prophets of deceit, inventing everything they say. 27 By telling these false dreams, they are trying to get my people to forget me, just as their ancestors did by worshiping the idols of Baal. 28 Let these false prophets tell their dreams, but let my true messengers faithfully proclaim my every word. There is a difference between straw and grain! 29 Does not my word burn like fire? Page 3 of 7

says Yah. Is it not like a mighty hammer that smashes a rock to pieces? 30 Therefore, says Yah, I am against these prophets who steal messages from each other and claim they are from me. 31 I am against these smoothtongued prophets who say, This prophecy is from Yah! 32 I am against these false prophets. Their imaginary dreams are flagrant lies that lead my people into sin. I did not send or appoint them, and they have no message at all for my people. I, Yah have spoken! Isaiah_42:22 But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivers; for a spoil, and none says, Restore. Micah 3 Judgment against Israel s Leaders 1 I said, Listen, you leaders of Israel! You are supposed to know right from wrong, 2 but you are the very ones who hate good and love evil. You skin my people alive and tear the flesh from their bones. 3 Yes, you eat my people s flesh, strip off their skin, and break their bones. You chop them up like meat for the cooking pot. 4 Then you beg Yah for help in times of trouble! Do you really expect him to answer? After all the evil you have done, he won t even look at you! 5 This is what Yah says: You false prophets are leading my people astray! You promise peace for those who give you food, but you declare war on those who refuse to feed you. 6 Now the night will close around you, cutting off all your visions. Darkness will cover you, putting an end to your predictions. The sun will set for you prophets, and your day will come to an end. 7 Then you seers will be put to shame, and you fortune-tellers will be disgraced. And you will cover your faces because there is no answer from Yah. 8 But as for me, I am filled with power with the Spirit of Yah. I am filled with justice and strength to boldly declare Israel s sin and rebellion. 9 Listen to me, you leaders of Israel! You hate justice and twist all that is right. 10 You are building Jerusalem on a foundation of murder and corruption. 11 You rulers make decisions based on bribes; Page 4 of 7

you priests teach Yah s laws only for a price; you prophets won t prophesy unless you are paid. Yet all of you claim to depend on Yah. No harm can come to us, you say, for Yah is here among us. 12 Because of you, Mount Zion will be plowed like an open field; Jerusalem will be reduced to ruins! A thicket will grow on the heights where the Temple now stands. The Nation of Israel has had their financial teeth pulled out without any pain medication by numerous people that have not been sent by Yah. People claiming to be Yah; even people claiming to be Yah s son or the son of David, or David himself, all the while empting your pockets. Malachi 3:8 Will a man rob Yah? Yet you have robbed me. But you say, Wherein have we robbed you? In tithes and offerings. Ask yourself, who collects tithes and offerings, or is it possible that the individual who pays tithes or offerings to a minister considered by Yah to be false is an insult or robbery to Yah? There is a passage in scripture that tell us that sometimes it is best for you to take out of your own pocket what is necessary in the work or dedication of something to Yah. It is through the actions of our great patriarch King David that we can see a great example of this. In this moment of history King David had sinned by taking a census or count of the men of Israel against Yah s command. David caused 70,000 men to die because of his actions, so David had been instructed to build an altar to Yah to stop the punishment of Israel, please read; Judgment for David s Sin 2 Samuel 24:10 But after he had taken the census, David s conscience began to bother him. And he said to Yah, I have sinned greatly by taking this census. Please forgive my guilt, Yah, for doing this foolish thing. 11 The next morning the word of Yah came to the prophet Gad, who was David s seer. This was the message: 12 Go and say to David, This is what Yah says: I will give you three choices. Choose one of these punishments, and I will inflict it on you. 13 So Gad came to David and asked him, Will you choose three years of famine throughout your land, three months of fleeing from your enemies, or three days of severe plague throughout your land? Think this over and decide what answer I should give Yah who sent me. 14 I m in a desperate situation! David replied to Gad. But let us fall into the hands of Yah, for his mercy is great. Do not let me fall into human hands. 15 So Yah sent a plague upon Israel that morning, and it lasted for three days. A total of 70,000 people died throughout the nation, from Dan in the north to Beersheba in the south. 16 But as the angel was preparing to destroy Jerusalem, Yah relented and said to the death angel, Stop! That is enough! At that moment the angel of Yah was by the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite. 17 When David saw the angel, he said to Yah, I am the one who has sinned and done wrong! But these people are as innocent as sheep what have they done? Let your anger fall against me and my family. Page 5 of 7

So it is plain to us through scriptures that when a situation has arisen, it is best to handle it yourself and trust it not to be done by others when it is critical. Offering to Yah is deemed something critical as I see it now, and as King David saw it then. There is a lesson to be learned in that we should not give something to Yah that didn t cost us anything if we want Yah to have respect unto what we offer, please read; David Builds an Altar 2 Samuel 24:18 That day Gad came to David and said to him, Go up and build an altar to Yah on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite. 19 So David went up to do what Yah had commanded him. 20 When Araunah saw the king and his men coming toward him, he came and bowed before the king with his face to the ground. 21 Why have you come, my lord the king? Araunah asked. David replied, I have come to buy your threshing floor and to build an altar to Yah there, so that he will stop the plague. 22 Take it, my lord the king, and use it as you wish, Araunah said to David. Here are oxen for the burnt offering, and you can use the threshing boards and ox yokes for wood to build a fire on the altar. 23 I will give it all to you, Your Majesty, and may Yah your God accept your sacrifice. 24 But the king replied to Araunah, No, I insist on buying it, for I will not present burnt offerings to Yah my God that have cost me nothing. So David paid him fifty pieces of silver for the threshing floor and the oxen. 25 David built an altar there to Yah and sacrificed burnt offerings and peace offerings. And Yah answered his prayer for the land, and the plague on Israel was stopped. Is it possible that building an acceptable altar to Yah today will stop the plague of slavery? This is why my wife and I took from our own pocket to establish the altar here in the North Country, or symbolic Egypt. It had to personally cost us something to be worth something to Yah. So as I shared what I knew as far as knowledge was concerned with others, I didn t want to be guilty of what these scriptures charge against false leadership. I took necessary money expenditures from my own pocket where I knew there could be no argument or claims of impropriety. My desires are to stay in the favor of Yah, not cause His curses to fall upon my head or family. It is very clear that Yah is going to send one man in the very near future, a man from the direct line of David who is going to be the opposite of the terrible leadership that the people have had to put up with for hundreds of years. Our people should not have to put up with the beatings and oppression of the slave masters along with the ill behavior of some leaders. So until Yah reveals or makes plain whom He has chosen in our day and time, I will walk carefully in regards to what I accept from Yah s people. We all can say with confidence that the next scripture below tells us that Yah has found something wrong with the past and current leadership of the whole house of Israel. Yah has to send someone who is 100% committed to His will; someone who will not cower down to the pressure of anyone who is taking advantage of Yah s flock, Yah s heritage. Malachi-3:3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, (Sons of Levi are the leadership of Israel) and purge them (Cleanse them) as gold and silver, that they may offer unto Yah an offering in righteousness. I am also aware that people are tired of being burnt out of their money when they have tried to support what they believed to be righteous leaders and teachers. This is why tithes and or offerings ARE NOT required amongst us while in this captivity unless DIRECTLY authorized by Yah. Page 6 of 7

I want it clearly stated and understood that a man or head of household s first obligation is to your family especially given these harsh economic times. If you are able, and you want to help, your contributions are considered by us as free will offerings, not tithes. I am also aware that as the Nation of Israel move forward with the idea and purpose of solidifying nationhood, many want to help because of this reason and want to be a part of this historic movement. Financial help is not the ONLY way that you can help your nation, believe it or not something simple like being humble and sharing what you have with your Hebrew Israelite neighbor counts very much. Stop crime and harm towards one another is the building blocks of success we can enjoy as a newly reborn nation. For those who are financially able, we have established a National Treasurer, her name is AviELa YisraEL. We are working to set up a bank account with checks and balances so that any contributions or gifts received for work towards the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts will be accounted for to the last penny. I have every confidence of the sincerity of her heart and dedication to Yah and our people, and we all support her stepping forward in service to our nation. Ambassador Michael Israel Page 7 of 7
