We have been in our newly-restored church a little over a year now and we have experienced some minor issues and need your help in resolving them. First, we have found several kneelers where the screws were tightened in a little too deeply and members have experienced a small stick from the end of the screw as they kneel. Please let the ushers know so they can mark the spot and we can take care of it. Second, the pews are scratched! Please be mindful of anything that could be scratching them. We ask that you be careful with clothing that may have rivets or bling that could scratch as well as baby carriers, hard toys, purses with feet on them, to name a few. We are asking everyone s help in preventing more damage as we look for ways to repair the scratches. Feel free to call the parish office at 740-345-4290 regarding these requests. Cold and Flu Season As the weather changes, it is a reminder that we are in the cold and flu season. If you have cold or flu symptoms or are contagious with any bug, please stay at home. Legitimate doubt about whether or not you are well enough to attend Mass is a sufficient reason to be dispensed from your Sunday obligation.
