Dr. Jose Miguel reports that they are usually able to purchase medicines in Quetzaltenago (the second largest city in Guatemala and about 1 1/2 hour drive from Novillero). The most needed are for respiratory illnesses, digestive and skin problems including antibiotics, cough and hydration syrups and prenatal vitamins. Parents of Small Children In the Gathering Space, you will see a Children s Coat Tree with burgundy bags. Each bag contains a reading book, coloring pages and a small bag of crayons.
