Survey Report Summary Review The survey group came from the Grace Church Wednesday night meeting taking Hearing God s Voice by Mark and Patti Virkler. The class was taken after a weekend conference with Mark in late August until mid November 2011. While the youth and younger children were also involved in learning and applying the concepts, the questions were designed for those that had been taking the Adult 12 week class. The survey was conducted over a 3 week period using SurveyMonkey. Participants were allowed to answer online or to complete a paper copy on week 11 with data then entered into SurveyMonkey. The results are impressive because 79.5% of participants have been a Christian for more than 25 years. This adds substantial significant to the answers of all the remaining questions. Particular interest is found primarily in two questions. # 4 I can hear God s voice daily if I chose to and # 9 I consider this to be in the top training experiences of my Christian life. The extremely agree and very much agree equaled 82% and 74.4 % respectively in responses. The other question responses resulted in very similar percentages as well. Other conclusions may also be implied but are beyond the scope of this summary review. It is my belief both objectively and subjectively that Hearing God s Voice would be considered not only one of the top and perhaps the top training experience in the our 30+ years as a church. Many thanks to Mark and Patti Virkler for their work in helping to restore to individuals and the church the ability to Hear God s Voice. Steve & Donna Sizemore

Question 10 If you were telling a friend about how the hearing God's voice class has impacted your life, what would you say? 30 answered question 30 skipped question 9 Number 1 Text Very much so... Sorted out some of the impressions, visions and other experiences I have had in my walk. Still have more to overcome to clear the channel--communication wise. Mostly feel I get a lot of myself - what I want to hear. My naturalism does want to interfere. My desire is to have more fellowship and better communication with God. 2 I am growing closer to God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Others in the class are sharing more and hearing God's voice as it's been special growing together. Hope you can join us next time we do it! 3 I enjoyed it and I taught a lot of people how to hear God's voice. I bought the CD's and plan to do back through the course again and again. Need time off to do. The facilitators were engaging and superb. The materials were very well done and I liked Mark's personality and teaching style. 4 The lessons really encourage my hearing ears! The book & videos so confirms 1. God wants to speak. 2. I can hear! 3.Your life can be totally transformed! Let's do it again! 5 6 7 It has made it easier to hear from God...easier to tune into His voice. I have found that if I take time to journal my day goes better, situations seem easier and I have more peace. I have not been disappointed & have heard from God every time I have journaled and even other times during the day. It reinforced the importance of journaling those things that the Lord is speaking to me. It also has encouraged me to ASK even more questions of the Lord than I already do..because I'm even more convinced of the Father's heart to have more conversation & intimacy with me. I have greater intimacy with God. He has become real to me. Problems in my life don't seem so big & I am confident that He is in control He has encouraged me & comforted me. I now have dreams & visions & their interpretation has been pretty significant. I know I am praying God's heart when I pray for people. I know he speaks to me because when I ask Him about situations His answer is not what I would have expected. 8 God is always there for you and wants an intimate relationship with you. All you have to do is be still...vision..spontaneity and journal and you will hear God's voice. It really changed my life. It made me more hungry for the Father and also increased my desire to 9 commune the Father. It's a great resource for learning more about hearing God's voice & all the ways he wants to speak to 10 you. 11 The class is very practical and useful in fostering a keen sensitivity to the Lord's voice. Mark is very funny and entertaining and the class gives a weekly touch point to keep you focus. 12 Recognizing God's voice is like honoring Him. Writing them down is acknowledging God and being able to read it and look back on it encourages my soul. 13 I have been having a romance with Christ God was a far away God to me and I did not see myself worthy of him speaking to me. Since I have 14 been doing the exercises on communing with God my faith and intimacy with Him has increased. The longing to spend more time with Him increases all the time. 15 It has had a dramatic positive effect on my life and my children s life.

16 It has been one of the best and most important classes I have ever attended. 17 It has given me a really practical way to increase my confidence that God loves me and talks to me. The journaling is a great way to hear God tell me how much he loves me. 18 The class teaches you how to slow down and focus in. It gives you a guide to structure your thoughts in line with God. 19 Great experience for every Christian!!!! 20 This class makes hearing God's voice very precise, answers many inner questions and has been very beneficial in my relationship with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It was awesome! Highly recommended. 21 Anyone can hear God's voice. Read the book and attend a class if possible. It has increased my faith and belief that God does want to 22 talk to me all the time and that we can have a two conversation through journaling. I love this class. It was great. It different. What helped me was coming to class itself. The videos were great, although what God did for me during the classes was beautiful. Journaling will be something I continue to practice and grow in. 23 God's love & desire to be intimate by undressing our heart issues, in light, direct and totally surprisingly ways. 24 A deeper intimacy with God 25 I have learned so much more about God's desire to communicate with me (like He did with Adam and Eve in the Garden) and the class has given me to tools to hear Him. 26 This class has more amazing potential than any other I have been involved with because it gives you tools and application to experience encounters first hand. 27 It changes everything. 28 most important- helps you gain revelation of how much Father loves you; brings relationship with God into more reality and is important foundation for spiritual growth and understanding; can change your life 29 I highly recommend it. The fruit of peace and inner comfort is worth it in itself. 30 Now I know for sure what it is like to hear His voice.
