The Spiritual Practice of Service "Seva, selfless service, is a powerful spiritual practice. It is not a question of what you are doing, but of how, why and for whom you are doing it. To wake up in the morning aware that you are doing so in order to serve illuminates the joy of living. If there is awareness of the service, you transform the doing into a prayer; into a way of keeping the flame of connection lit and making it stronger." Sri Prem Baba Page 2
