PROGRAM 91 ENMITY BETWEEN THE SEEDS THE MINGLED KINGDOM (PART 1) A. Don t Mingle Holy With Profane 1. Understanding the identity of the Righteous seed is at the end, we want to understand the characteristics and identity of the serpent s seed at the end. 2. When we say serpent s seed we are NOT suggesting a physical relationship between the serpent and the woman. 3. Just as God s Righteous Seed is determined by those who receive His Seed which is His Word, so too are the Serpent s seed determined by those who receive his seed his word. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother. For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, not as Cain who was of the wicked one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his works were evil and his brother's righteous. - 1 John 3:9-12 (NKJV) 4. Those who don t practice righteousness do not express faith and obedience to God s Word. 5. This means another word (seed) is within them and they will, consequently, manifest different fruit. 6. In Cain s case, it was jealousy, rebellion, murder and lies. 7. Cain carries out the wishes of his father who desires to destroy the Righteous Seed. 8. Who is the murderer from the beginning? Who is the father of lies? The Adversary. REFERENCE: John 8:44 9. From the beginning, the Adversary s word could be described as being mingled a mixture of truth and falsehood. 10. An effective lie always contains a measure of truth (a mixture). 11. In part, this is why the Creator tells His Seed not to mingle what is holy with what is profane. 12. He placed enmity between these two seeds for a reason mingling them brings corruption. 13. In the beginning when Adam (who Luke 3 says is son of God ) mingled the fruit (seed) of Tree of Life with the fruit (seed) from Good and Evil, the result was corruption and exile. 14. Later in Genesis 6, the sons of God mingled with the daughters of men resulting in God repenting he even made man. Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have

created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them. Genesis 6:5-7 (NKJV) 15. This all began because the sons of God those who carried His Seed mingled that seed with corruptible seed. a. Same thing Adam the son of God did in Genesis 3. 16. The ramification of this mixing was global corruption. The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. Genesis 6:11-12 (NKJV) 17. Again, this is to demonstrate that the Righteous Seed is not to mix or mingle (be unequally yoked) with the other seed. B. Adversary s War With the Remnant 1. This is the very tactic the Adversary wants to use in order to destroy the Righteous Seed. 2. God always has a remnant, and in the case of Gen. 6, it is Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God. Genesis 6:9 (NKJV) 3. The word just is tzadik which is righteous. Noah was righteous. Abel was righteous. Abraham was righteous. 4. The word perfect is tammim which is undefiled and without spot. 5. This is to say that, among the sons of God, he is only one who did not mix and mingle. 6. In the last days, it is the remnant of her seed that the Adversary goes after. REFERENCE: Revelation 12:17 7. They are those without spot. Messiah also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. - Ephesians 5:25-27 (NKJV) 8. They are those who have not mingled and have come out of the world system. Therefore Come out from among them and be separate says the LORD. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you. I will be a father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the LORD Almighty.

- 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 (NKJV) 9. And because of this, the serpent abhors them and wishes to destroy them. 10. From the beginning, he has attempted to use people like Cain and Esau, ironically, those closest to the ones he wished to destroy. 11. This emphasizes his desire to mix within them tares in the midst of the wheat. 12. Later he manipulated entire nations to harass and strike at God s first born Israel. 13. It is these world powers that we now wish to turn our attention to. 14. Specifically, we are going to look at a singular event recorded in Daniel that reveals those powers the Adversary has used throughout history. 15. This particular prophecy also hints at who he will use in the last days in his final assault on the Righteous Seed.

C. The Troublesome Dream PROGRAM 92 ENMITY BETWEEN THE SEEDS MINGLED KINGDOM (PART 2) Now in the second year of Nebuchadnezzar's reign, Nebuchadnezzar had dreams; and his spirit was so troubled that his sleep left him. Then the king gave the command to call the magicians, the astrologers, the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans to tell the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king. And the king said to them, I have had a dream, and my spirit is anxious to know the dream. Then the Chaldeans spoke to the king in Aramaic, O king, live forever! Tell your servants the dream, and we will give the interpretation. The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, My decision is firm: if you do not make known the dream to me, and its interpretation, you shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made an ash heap. Daniel 2:1-5 (NKJV) 1. The first thing we notice is that, either he didn t remember the dream or wished to withhold that information. 2. What is clear is that he demanded an answer under penalty of death. a. In fact, the wise men were being killed. 3. It is interesting to note that, at least, twice in ancient history God has given critical prophetic dreams to pagan kings who happened to be the most powerful men then on earth. Pharaoh of Egypt (Gen. 41). Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon (Dan. 2) 4. However, He didn t give them the ability to interpret the dreams. 5. In both cases the interpretation was given to Hebrews who were in their charge (prisoners). Joseph Daniel Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. So Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said: Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him. Daniel 2:19-22 (NKJV) 5. Interesting to note that under the extreme pressure of facing death and being in the most powerful and, yet, most corrupt government on earth, Daniel is able to hear from the Creator. 6. He is the One who allows those kingdoms to rise in the first place. 7. He reveals deep and secret things, which implies He is the One who gave the king the dream in the first place. 8. As we have learned, anything that God has concealed will be revealed in its time.

9. He makes them known to those who it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom. REFERENCE: Mark 4:11 10. At the precise time, God revealed the dream and its interpretation for the benefit of HIS PEOPLE then and now. 11. This dream certainly affected Daniel and his companions but reaches centuries into the future up until the very end of this age. The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Are you able to make known to me the dream which I have seen, and its interpretation? Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king has demanded, the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, and the soothsayers cannot declare to the king. But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will be in the latter days. Daniel 2:26-28 (NKJV) D. Babylon: The Head of Gold 1. The King, Daniel, said was pondering what would happen in the future. 2. So God showed him in a dream. You, O king, were watching; and behold, a great image! This great image, whose splendor was excellent, stood before you; and its form was awesome. This image's head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. Daniel 2:31-35 (NKJV) 3. As beautiful as this image may seem to have been, considering the precious metals, it should be noted that its appearance was awesome. 4. The Hebrew word used denotes something that causes someone to become frightened. 5. Nebuchadnezzar sees a body with different components that strikes him as fearful. a. Juxtapose this body with different sections with body of Messiah (members). 6. The essence of the dream is describing the primary Gentile powers that would dominate and influence Israel. 7. Considering the metals used, the most brilliant was the head and the other kingdoms diminished as the metals were considered inferior to gold. 8. Yet notice they grow stronger and fiercer. 9. In the end, Messiah will destroy all these kingdoms. 10. Daniel gives the interpretation.

This is the dream. Now we will tell the interpretation of it before the king. You, O king, are a king of kings. For the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory; and wherever the children of men dwell, or the beasts of the field and the birds of the heaven, He has given them into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all you are this head of gold. But after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to yours; then another, a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth. And the fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron, inasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything; and like iron that crushes, that kingdom will break in pieces and crush all the others. Daniel 2:36-40 (NKJV) 11. It is believed that the metals represent the corresponding empires. Gold Babylonian empire Silver Medo-Persian empire Bronze Grecian empire Iron Roman empire 12. Historically this is the progression of empires from the time Daniel gave the interpretation. 13. But this is the interesting point for our study Babylon is the HEAD of Gold. 14. Even as Messiah is the Head of the Body (King of Israel), Babylon is the head of the other body. 15. As the Body is influenced and receives orders from the Head, so too does this other body receive influence from its head Babylon.

PROGRAM 93 ENMITY BETWEEN THE SEEDS THE MINGLED KINGDOM (PART 3) E. Nebuchadnezzar and the Anti-Messiah 1. Nebuchadnezzar dreams of an image that was both brilliant and frightening. Daniel 2:31-35 (NKJV) 2. It is believed by most eschatologists that: Babylon is the head of gold. Medo-Persia is the chest and arms of silver. Grecia is the belly and thighs of bronze. Rome is the two legs of iron. A final kingdom is the two feet of iron mingled with clay. 3. Historically this is the progression of empires from the time Daniel gave the interpretation. 4. But this is the interesting point for our study Babylon is the HEAD of Gold. 5. Messiah is the Head of the Body (King of Israel), Babylon is the head of the other body. 6. As the Body is influenced and receives orders from the Head, so too does this other body receive influence from its head Babylon. 7. This body exists to harass and attempt to destroy the other body body of Messiah (Israel). 8. That the head of this body is Babylon suggests to me that the Anti-Messiah will probably have some type of affiliation with Babylon or that region. 9. If Messiah is the personification of God s Word, it makes sense that Anti-Messiah is personification of the Adversary s word truth mingled with falsehood. a. Anti-Messiah would be the head and thus exhibit Babylonian attributes. 10. Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, was the first power to do what the Adversary had longed to do destroy and usurp the place where God s throne on earth was: a. Temple Mount in Jerusalem. 11. He was the first gentile power to destroy Jerusalem, raze the Temple and carry off the nobility into captivity. 12. After hearing the interpretation to his dream, Nebuchadnezzar builds an image.

Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was sixty cubits and its width six cubits. He set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon. And King Nebuchadnezzar sent word to gather together the satraps, the administrators, the governors, the counselors, the treasurers, the judges, the magistrates, and all the officials of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which King Nebuchadnezzar had set up. So the satraps, the administrators, the governors, the counselors, the treasurers, the judges, the magistrates, and all the officials of the provinces gathered together for the dedication of the image that King Nebuchadnezzar had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up. Then a herald cried aloud: To you it is commanded, O peoples, nations, and languages, that at the time you hear the sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyre, and psaltery, in symphony with all kinds of music, you shall fall down and worship the gold image that King Nebuchadnezzar has set up; and whoever does not fall down and worship shall be cast immediately into the midst of a burning fiery furnace." Daniel 3:1-6 (NKJV) 13. Notice this image is not gold, silver, brass, iron and clay but SOLID GOLD. 14. Daniel had told him that he was the head of gold, so he had an image of himself made. 15. Furthermore, the people were commanded to worship the image under the threat of death. a. The only who didn t bow were the three Hebrews. 16. This has to be a precursor of what we read in the Revelation. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. Revelation 13:14-15 (NKJV) 17. Later Nebuchadnezzar was given the heart of a beast for seven years. Let his heart be changed from that of a man, let him be given the heart of a beast, and let seven times pass over him. Daniel 4:16 (NKJV) 18. In other words, Nebuchadnezzar is the prototype for the anti-messiah the one through whom the Adversary will try one last time to defeat and destroy the Righteous Seed. 19. To some degree he will be successful for Scripture declares: It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. Revelation 13:7 (NKJV) 20. If this Babylonian connection does point to the anti-messiah then we can conclude he comes NOT posing as the Messiah but OPPOSING the Messiah.

Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. Revelation 13:6 (NKJV) 21. He is the seed of the serpent even as Messiah is seed of the woman therefore there is ENMITY between them. 22. What he will exemplify is the ability to mix or mingle all cultures, creeds and ideologies into a body diametrically opposed to the body of Messiah. 23. This is a trait of Babylon. 24. Babel is the origin of bricks and bricks are man-made and composed of different articles mixed together. Then they said to one another, Come, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly. They had brick for stone, and they had asphalt for mortar. And they said, Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth. Genesis 11:3-4 (NKJV) 25. Babylon is also the origin of coming together as one (mixing) in defiance of the Creator. 26. This is a trait that will be manifest by Anti-Messiah.
