Michele Timmons, Revisor of Statutes, served as counsel to the subcommittee. Rep. Fenton MOVED approval of the April 15, 2015 meeting minutes. Michele Timmons provided a summary of the claims provision modification bills, SF 1857-1 and HF 2371-1, which are identical. Rep. Pinto MOVED approval of the language in the bills for inclusion in the claims appropriation bill. Michele Timmons provided a brief summary of the Imprisonment and Exoneration Remedy Act and how it may impact the. Rep. Fenton MOVED approval of the revised rules for the Subcommittee. Michele Timmons presented the MMB s submissions under the Imprisonment and Exoneration Remedy Act.
