During Weekend Within, we introduced a number of tools and practices to support you on your spiritual journey. These tools and practices will help you stay connected, balanced, peaceful, vital, happy and feeling blissful. We invite you to take a moment to reflect, review the tools and make some conscious commitments to integrate them into your daily life, until they ultimately become your way of life.

Daily Commitment It s better to walk alone, than with a crowd going in the wrong direction Whatever new practices you decide to adopt, we recommend making a commitment to them for 21-42 days. This will give you enough time to adjust to the practices and begin to experience their benefits in your life. It s not necessary to do everything at once. Start simply with what is comfortable for you, adding more items as you progress. Primordial Sound Meditation God gives His mysteries to those who allow themselves to be transformed by them During the weekend, we meditated each morning and evening together. At home depending on how much time you have, you can either just practice your Primordial Sound mantra for 15-30 minutes or the full program that we used during the weekend as follows: Before beginning your mantra Meditation Procedure Take a few deeper breaths, letting go of anything that doesn t concern you at this time. Allow your breathing to be normal and simply observe your breath (2 minutes) Silently ask yourself the Soul Questions (allow about 30 seconds for each different question) Simply listen to whatever answers arise, without judgment or evaluation Who Am I? Who am I? What do I want? What is my deepest desire? What do I want What is my purpose? How can I serve myself and the rest of humanity? What is my purpose What am I grateful for? What am I grateful for? Let go of the questions and answers Move into the Presence of the I AM
Allowing about 15-30 seconds for each, silently repeat: I AM followed by your first name and last name I AM and just your first name Now just I AM And now AHUM (about 1 minute) Letting go of all of that, begin your Primordial Sound Meditation Begin silently, effortlessly repeating your Primordial Sound Mantra, if you notice you have drifted away, easily return to your mantra. (15-30 minutes) At the end of your silent meditation period Stop repeating your mantra Keep your eyes closed and continue resting easily Resting in Existence (10 secs) Resting in Awareness (10 secs) Resting in Being (10 secs) Sat Chit Ananda (Continue resting silently in Being for 2-3 mins) Keep your eyes closed and silently repeat the following intentions, releasing them into Being (waiting about 15-30 seconds between each of them) Joyful, Energetic Body Loving, Compassionate Heart Reflective, Alert Mind Lightness of Being Continue resting for another minute. Take a few deeper breaths, start to move and stretch gently. When you re ready open your eyes slowly. Namaste

Additional Tools If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you. If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you Jesus Christ Any or all of the following practices and tools will support you on your journey of living a fully conscious life. Meditation alternating between the deep rest of meditation and your regular activity expands your awareness leading to greater happiness, creativity, harmony and spiritual growth, opening to Higher States of Consciousness. Recapitulation taking a few minutes at bedtime to review your day brings greater awareness and understanding of your actions during each day. Every choice during the day brings either more lightness or weight. Ask the questions: How did I respond in that situation? Was I acting from my ego or from my Higher Self? Non-attachment attachment localizes our awareness to one possibility. Have a desire then release it to the Universe, to the field of Infinite Organizing Power, remaining non-attached to the outcome. Fun do something every day just for fun. Be responsible but don t take life too seriously! Listen your body only has two signals - comfort and discomfort, learn to listen to them. Make conscious choices by asking your soul for guidance Will this bring happiness to me and those affected by it? Will this expand my capacity for love and nurturing? Will this express my dharma or purpose?
