Pangasinan December 25, 2012 We are leaving around 5 p.m. today for a four hour drive across the island to a place called Lingayen in the province of Pangasinan. When we arrive around 10 p.m. we enter into a little church compound, called "Rainbow Trout Tabernacle", where the saints are already waiting to greet and meet us. 1
They just had killed a cow to prepare food for all the people who will come to attend the meetings. It reminds us of Abraham, when he killed a calf at Elohim's visitation. Pastor Bonie Tameyo is welcoming us, and although we are so worn in body from the long drive, we feel so happy to come here, seeing the efforts the saints have already put in to accommodate us. They were cooking over some fires in those big pots all night to get the food ready. Some of us get nice clean rooms right here on the church compound, called Elisha's chamber, and some in a close-by hotel. 2
Oh my, how refreshing to have a clean room... Everything is very simple, but clean. We settle in and go for late dinner, which they have fixed for us in a little hut right here in the back of the compound, so lovely. I feel like on a five star vacation, with all the fires burning outside. During dinner we hear that there is a beach not far, oh my, a beach, fresh air! While bringing the brothers to the nearby hotel, we stop at the beach, and it makes us so happy, to breathe some fresh air, which we didn't have for so long. All the places so far on our journey were so dusty and the air so polluted, and this place feels almost the closest to heaven right now. It is after 1 a.m. when we go to bed, and again, I can't stop describing the feeling to be in a clean place. The only thing missing is to have a hot shower. The people are used to taking cool showers, and after doing this for such a long time now, I ask myself, can we may be get used to it too? Hot water definitely is a luxury item here in the Philippines. 3
December 26,2012 We wake up this morning to the song "As the deer panteth for the water, so my soul longeth after Thee", realizing they have a church service, where a young brother, Nathan, from New Zealand is preaching, who also attended the meetings in Malolos. The church is full, a lot of people have come and after the service they have lunch prepared for everybody. They really have put a lot of effort in these meetings. 4
In the afternoon we are having a great time, because the song leader, Brother Ray is singing one Trinidad song after the other, and we sing with him, and dance a little bit, too. It's actually their practice for tonight, but everybody is right there, so we might as well join them already. We better calm down now and have a little rest before the evening service starts, which is their Thanksgiving service. The song service is two hours, they just love to sing the Trinidad songs and know them all by heart. It is almost 10 p.m., when Brother Vin comes to the pulpit, but everybody is sitting very attentive. Preparation For Dimensional Travel...the move is on for the Bride! 5
A gift from the church...a two-edged sword. The service ends way after midnight, because the saints like to take pictures from everybody and everything. This surely was the highlight of the year for them. 6
December 27, 2012 Today is a minister's meeting and the brothers meet at a nearby campground around noon time. The ministers know that Bro. Vin has what they all desperately need and they listen very carful to what he has to say. So many different doctrines swept this country here, and the people need to come into rapturing condition, which is a such a great responsibility and urgency. When the minister's meeting is finished, all of us are on our way to visit Bro. Fidel Baltazar at his home, about 1 hour drive away. Bro. Fidel had a stroke in early April 2012 and ever since had the desire for Bro. Vin to come. He shared with us, that he was already on the other side, saw angels and himself in a white robe, and he didn't want to go back to earth, but he had to. Bro. Vin ministers to him, that his earthly journey still has a purpose, and that he right now is on his ash heap. The Word is ministered to him in such an outstanding way, that Bro. Fidel and his wife, son and daughter-in-law are very touched and encouraged. Bro. Fidel's wife told me that his recovery is slow, but improving on a daily basis. 8
After prayer we have to leave to collect our luggage, because we still have to drive tonight to Manila, which takes us at least four to five hours. Around 11 p.m. we are all finally ready to leave, driving through the night, and arrive around 3:30 a.m. at the Heritage Hotel in Manila, extremely tired and worn, being on our feet all day and night. 9
December 28, 2012 The first thing I noticed when we entered the room is the hot water. We have hot water, oh my, what a feeling. It seems that a human being only appreciates things, if we don't have them for a while. We sleep a couple of hours, say good-bye to Brothers Rodney and Moses, who continue their journey today to Dubai then onto Durban, South Africa. We then go to the restaurant for a bite, where we have a little time of fellowship. Back to bed again, the next morning comes too soon, because we will get our wake-up call at 2:30 a.m. so we can catch our flight to Beijing at 6:45 a.m. 10
