PRAYER UPON ENTERING THE SANCTUARY: You have given me this day Lord Jesus. I am grateful for life. My physical life and my spiritual life. Both are gifts from you. I ask you Lord to speak to me today about eternity. As I listen, as I worship, as I confess my faith and my sin I am here to see you. Holy Spirit, Jesus promised you would reveal all that He said. Teach me today in the Name of Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen WELCOME/ANNOUNCEMENTS *OPENING PRAYER * WORSHIP MUSIC GLORIFY THY NAME Father, we love You, we worship and adore You Glorify Thy Name in all the earth; Glorify Thy Name, Glorify Thy Name, Glorify Thy Name in all the earth. Give us the power of your Holy Spirit that, attentive to your Word, we may confess our sins, receive your forgiveness, and grow into the fullness of your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. C: Amen ~ Pause for a moment of silent reflection. ~ P: Gracious God, C: have mercy on us. In your compassion forgive us our sins, known and unknown, things done and left undone. Uphold us by your Spirit so that we may live and serve you in newness of life, to the honor and glory of your holy name; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen P: Almighty God who is rich in mercy hears us confessing our sin through the blood of Jesus Christ His Son. You and I are forgiven

today because He is righteous and just to forgive us when we confess. You are forgiven! In the place of the guilt and shame receive the peace and joy of the Lord strengthening you in newness of life. C: Amen *LITANY Psalm 62 P For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken. C: How long will all of you attack a man to batter him, like a leaning wall, a tottering fence? They only plan to thrust him down from his high position. They take pleasure in falsehood. They bless with their mouths, but inwardly they curse. Selah P: For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken. C: On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God. Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah P: Those of low estate are but a breath; those of high estate are a delusion; in the balances they go up; they are together lighter than a breath. Put no trust in extortion; set no vain hopes on robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart on them. C: Once God has spoken; twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God, and that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to a man according to his work. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary; He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified died and was buried; He descended into Hell; On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father; he will come again to judge the living and the dead.
