Ministers distributing Communion have been instructed not to give Communion for the Sick to those presenting a pyx at Communion time. Please do not embarrass them by presenting a pyx at that time. Communion for the Sick is either collected after Mass from the priest or sacristan, or the Minister may be sent out by the priest during the Mass (as at 11 Mass on Sundays).
