Seminar on Leadership Leadership in the church is more important. We could see in small Christian groups (Jumuiya) and in the level of substation that the leaders failed to do their responsibilities. It is because they did not know what they supposed to do as a leader in the level of small Christian group or substation or in the level of parish. And so we decided to conduct a seminar on leadership and all the leaders from substations also were invited. And many participated and it was really a fruitful for everyone. It 12
