Twitter AsmaaMahfouz Mothers of martyrs will spend Mother s Day without their children. Also, the mothers of detainees and the April 8 army officers will not see their children beside them :-( ( Please pay a visit to one of the mothers of the revolution s martyrs today! I couldn t care less about the discussions of drafting the constitution or the presidential elections. I know that it will be a farce under military rule. The majority of Egyptians are waiting for presidential elections and the constitution to be done so that they see stability again. After the farce is complete, people will discover the truth and only then they will take off to the streets again. iyad_elbaghdadi Carrying the #ArabSpringManifesto in my head feels sort of like a pregnancy. Not worried about myself but about what I'm carrying. So to those concerned about me, or about the #ArabSpring, I say - support us through it, instead of warning us from it. To shield from all dangers is to remain susceptible to all dangers. And that's the authoritarian worldview anyway. #ArabSpring There is mercy in letting your baby stumble and fall a few times, in order to learn how to walk. #ArabSpring To succeed isn't to have no sectarian episodes, for example. It's to go through it and rise above it. Same for other problems.#arabspring So the #ArabSpring needs to deal with tyranny, sectarianism, partisanship, pessimism, defeatism. We need to go through it, not around it.
